Central location in DTLA, close to a variety of foods and a Target nearby. A train station is in front of it which makes for easy transportation.

The hotel itself is nice, lobby is on the 70th floor and the rooms are below it. The rooms are modernized, and the views are great. The gym is phenomenal, with new and high tech equipment. There is a sauna and lockers as well. My only complaint is that the fridge is a mini-bar, and there isn't a mini fridge for personal use in the rooms itself. No microwaves in the building either. Great hotel for tourists, who eat out and won't mind saving their food for later, but for business travelers, it's alright.

The service is amazing! Meghan at the front desk was very sweet and acommodating to my needs. Extra points for the service itself, as she made me feel very welcomed.

It’s my husband, daughter, and my first time in L.A., and we were amazed by the hospitality we received. The front desk staff and the person who guided us to the elevator were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Our overall stay was great! The room had a breathtaking view, and even though it was very windy that day, the hot tub was still amazing. A big thank you to Kelly and Marvin for their wonderful recommendations on places to eat and visit, as well as for the extra care they put into making our stay comfortable. Their hospitality made our experience even more memorable.

Beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend it. The check in process was easy and very very thorough. The lady who checked us in (Maria) was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. We also grabbed a bite to eat at the Lobby Lounge and Francisco (Franky) our server was excellent abd made us feel very welcomed.

I will definitely be back.

Love this hotel view, location and amenities. Thanks for recognizing my IHG status and Junior Suite upgrade. The room is modern, clean, and comfortable. They also have one of the most nicest and modern gym equipment I have ever been to and I have been to many five star hotels around the world. The view is just breathtaking. Breakfast wait time can be improve, but overall it is a very enjoyable stay and I will definitely return.

We had an incredible experience with Gabriel, the bellman at International Hotel Group LA, and Christian at valet! Gabriel was beyond helpful—fast, efficient, and full of great tips that made our stay even better. His knowledge of the area and attention to detail were top-notch. Christian at valet also provided outstanding service, ensuring our car was always ready in record time and making the whole process seamless. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. If you’re lucky enough to have them assist you, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel. The shower never got hot. And the bartender got under my nerves very much as he served a bar friend before he finished serving me I was furious. The valet is very expensive. Modern room. Well appointed. Nice views. Great

Great hotel with incredible views. The staff might been even better than views and that’s saying something. Take a moment to watch the sunset from the lobby floor. It’s absolutely stunning. Our room was mostly clean beyond the sticky bathroom floor but that could have been the type of cleaner that was used. Pillows were perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Every person we encountered was kind, courteous and helpful. We plan to stay again next year when we’re in town.

Last week I tagged along for my husband’s Business trip and I Absolutely loved my stay at Intercontinental DTLA. We travel a lot and this hotel staff and operation is a model that all high end properties should follow.
The hotel is beautiful and all the staff we had encountered from valet to the lounge were exceptional.
Eduardo, the Food and Beverage Manager was absolutely lovely to chat with and it shows that he really enjoys what he does. Our bar attendants Chris, with his calm nature and cool chill vibe. Ashlyn has such a personable and delightful personality. Rene putting up with us recommending that he should be a model representing beards.
My girl, Linh! She was a boss, one night telling us that it was last call, even though we were trying to talk her into serving us. She said if I came back the next night she would love to make my lemon drop cocktail to get rid of us. Lol
She remembered the following night and was on it!! We had so much fun and they all made it that more memorable.
