I gave a 5 star review because Rachael did an excellent job of answering our questions and getting back to us so fast. Could not have asked for better service. I have been with Inszone for 5 years. They have not responded to my phone calls and have not followed up with me twice this month, when they know I have a deadline for a replacement homeowners policy. I even stopped in personally on 2/09/24. It appears this company can not handle the business needs of its existing customers. I would suggest you go elsewhere for your insurance needs. I would not recommend this company nor Amber, who just keeps giving excuses why she can't get to my insurance needs.

I would give zero stars if I could. I requested a quote online, never heard anything back (it's been a week). So I called (during business hours) waited 25 minutes to talk to a person, and then just gave up.
