Love this little inn!! Beautiful views of the bay from the room. Very quiet and peaceful area but also close to shops like Tony’s Seafood, Marshall Store, and Tomales Bay Oyster Company. Rooms were cozy, very clean, and included lovely touches like a fireplace, books, CDs, a little sitting area with comfy chairs and a view. Bob provides a small continental breakfast in the AM with fruit, baked goods, coffee, tea, and juice. Note that cell service throughout the area is limited but the Inn does have wifi. We will definitely be back!!!

Spent two nights here and enjoyed it very much. Beautiful view over Tomales Bay and the headlands of Point Reyes National Seashore. Love watching the fog rolling over those hills. Close to Nick's Cove, Marshall Store, Hog Island and Tony's for lunch and dinner. Short drive into Pt Reyes Station for more restaurants and shopping. We also like to go to Inverness Park Market for really good food you can eat there or take out. We spent most of our time exploring the seashore although on other trips we have done many different hikes in the National Seashore area. Our room (south) was quiet, exceptionally clean with nice thoughtful touches. Bed was very comfortable. It's not fancy but very very nice. Continental breakfast between 8 and 9 a.m. brought to your room was sweet breads, coffee, juice, and fruit. We would definitely stay here again.

We attended a weekend wedding at Straus Family Farm. This place was less than a minute drive away, across the street and a bit down a small winding road. We stayed two nights. The room was comfy, kind of shabby chic decor. We had the garden room, view of the bay with a small table and chairs, plus two comfy sitting chairs and a fireplace with books and games. CD's as well, if you have something to play them. Fairly large bathroom, small fridge. No tv, but we were not there much. Fun continental breakfast served between 8-9, you fill out a form of what you want and when, and it is delivered to your room. We had delicious coffee, three types of sweet bread, orange juice and a bowl of fresh strawberries and blueberries. There were also two wine glasses and an opener. Beds were really comfy and had a down quilt. Not fancy, but the convenience of the wedding venue was perfect. Wonderful bakery in Tomales, delicious deli next to it. Dillon Beach a short drive. Nick's Cove a quick drive, as well. Proprietor Bob was friendly and accommodating. Recommend!!!

After being unable to find anywhere to camp due to Covid, we found a room at this cute little inn on Tomales Bay. The owner/inn keeper Bob was very friendly and left instructions for us for our room because he was out running errands when we arrived. The rooms are immaculately clean and have great views of the bay and Point Reyes National Seashore. It reminded me of going to visit my grandmother's house. It was cozy and had a fireplace and no TV (bonus in my book), but it had wifi, which was nice. Bob brought us a breakfast and coffee/tea tray at 0800 ( they serve breakfast between 0800-0900) and it was the perfect little amount of sweet breads and fruit.

My boyfriend and I planned a last-minute trip in Point Reyes and called The Inn around 9 PM on a Friday night. John answered and was happy to get us set up with a room that night! We got in around 10:30 PM or so -John has left instructions for me on the door, but he was still up and walked us to the room and explained the ins-and-outs. Our room was charming! Clean, cozy and perfect for our quick stay. The bed was super comfortable and we were greeted by the sunrise over the bay in the morning! Next, we were greeted by coffee and sweet bread brought to our door. There’s no better way to start the day than sipping coffee looking over the bay in your own private room! We weren’t in town long but we definitely enjoyed our stay. We were so thankful for the warm welcome, especially coming in last minute! John and Lynette, thanks for saving us and making our stay so cozy! We’ll be back!
