Stay here! This place is a hidden gem. Small comfortable cottages with kitchens, living area with a cozy fireplace, bedroom and a bathroom with a jetted tub to die for. Very quiet, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We love Inn at the Prom and refuse to stay anywhere else in Seaside. Although we did not stay in an ocean view room this time, be sure to grab one with a view, you won't be disappointed.

The location is nice, room was clean, but it looked much smaller than in the photos. Would I stay there again? Maybe, if it was just one family. For two couples it was a little bit inconvenient with the bathroom entrance through the bedroom. Otherwise location was right on the prom, but no view as expected.

Nice little location, the rooms are nice and have everything you need. The kitchenette is a nice touch. It's great to be able to cook something up if you need to. Sofia at the front desk was very nice and made us feel welcome. Our new favorite spot in Seaside.

We loved staying at The Inn at The Prom! The location is amazing, the room charming and comfortable and well appointed. The staff is welcoming and helpful. We loved our patio and the pretty yard with Adirondack chairs, so timeless and so very Seaside to be on the promenade

Great location, great view, needs updating. Gutters were overflowing onto walkway, tables are stained and old, couch was old and dirty. A minor remodel and this place would be amazing. Needs new furniture, new bathroom and modernized. Extension cord for heater was definitely not appealing.

Stayed for 2 weekday nights in the winter and got a good rate. There were some disappointments. Staff is hard to reach by phone, no concierge, check in/out is across the street. If you do not book an⁹⁹ oceanfront room, you will have a parking lot view. The "cottages" are a building with 4 apartments, each has a separate door and they all face the parking lot. After we checked into our King Spa Suite, we asked the front desk staff if we could see a cottage to consider next time. We were told, "We don't let people look at them." The fireplace in our room didn't work, so we mentioned it. We were upgraded ⁹to a King Spa Suite Oceanfront. The fireplace worked, but it's just an⁹ electric flame that makes a loud crackling noise and generates no heat. The room was smaller than the room with a parking lot view. Full-size kitchen stove and large microwave.>⁹ⁿ Tiny refrigerator with a freezer that thawed our ice cream. No table or chairs for eating. Very small TV. Comfortable bed and bedding. We did not use the loveseat bed, but the room was so small we would probably have to move the coffee table out to the hallway and we needed it as our only surface for meals.

I was expecting it to just be a regular old hotel, nothing extraordinary. It felt way more than that.
The room was nice and quiet, a great spot for walking to the beach. The lady at check-in was super super sweet. I'm hoping to come stay again cause it was so nice. Also, fire pit, it was also outside our window, and it was so nice!

We visited here for our honeymoon, and we could not have loved it more. We will definitely be coming back! The view of the ocean is gorgeous, and we loved our room. The staff were kind and helpful when we needed them.
