This was our second trip to the Inn for the annual Presidents' Day basketball tournament and we were really impressed with the improvements made to the rooms since our previous visit several years ago. Our team stayed in a mix of rooms, including two- and one-bedroom suites, a two-queen studio suite, two-queen rooms with kitchenettes and two-queen rooms. While the regular two-queen rooms were pretty snug for families of 4, all the other rooms were spacious and we really appreciated the kitchens and extra bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was always good with plenty of hot water, and the kitchens were well stocked.||The staff was really a highlight. We had one family encounter a room snafu on arrival in a sold-out hotel situation and the staff were able to move them to a fancier sister hotel. The front desk was always gracious and helpful and even facilitated us hosting a team baby shower for one of the families in the lobby area. ||The pool is small but fun and had plenty of towels, something we haven't always encountered elsewhere. We also appreciated it closing at 10 so all the players could get plenty of sleep even in the rooms right off the pool.||A few suggestions for improvement:|1. Hooks on the walls in the bathrooms would be great - our two-queen studio suite had two small bathrooms with showers but no hooks, which made drying our towels or hanging robes challenging.||2. Some hot protein breakfast options like sausage or bacon and scrambled eggs (maybe heatable breakfast sandwiches since there's a microwave?) would be huge - the players really need that protein boost in the mornings before games.||We enjoyed our team stay so much we are already booked for 2026. You really can't beat the central location - we only used our cars to get to games and otherwise easily walked everywhere.

I had a great stay here. Rooms were clean, comfy and had two bathroom sinks. Best of all they have a pool (quite small though), free bikes to use, free breakfast (waffles, juice, coffee, fruit, boiled eggs, yogurt, guacamole, selections of bread and biscuits&gravy) close to the beach and other good spots. My favorite was the fact that check out is at 12pm!!! This is probably the only hotel that does a very late check out and best believe we were there til 11:30 to get the most out of our stay. The staff are so helpful and welcoming and even offered us fresh baked cookies. Thereโ€™s nothing negative to say about this stay. Had a great time with my family and we booked last minute too, on booking.com

Wow. I have so much to say about this place. I didn't have high hopes because of their low prices. I expected it to be like one of those motels with a number in it's name, but I was very wrong.
I'll start with the negative because it's such a short list. The double queen room needs more than 1 chair. The guest washing machine was out of order and the vending machine displays zero sugar lemonade but dispenses regular (but the sweet lady at the desk went digging around and found me a sugar free lemonade and gave me my money back, so not really a negative)
The positives: excellent, friendly customer service. The ladies at the desk are willing to go out of their way to make you happy. The rooms are decent for the price but the extras put it over the top. Super clean pool, fire pit and one employee even gave me daughter a bag of toys for the pool. Invest in the s'mores kit... It's well worth it. The breakfast is far better than I ever would have thought. Biscuits and gravy, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, 3 kinds of cereal, hard boiled eggs, several toast options, juices, coffee, cocoa, two flavors of waffles and all the fixings for all of it... Even guacamole, which I'm still not sure what that was for lol, oh and fresh fruit. Plus they never let anything get empty. It all tasted good to, not cheap generic brands. They even had almond milk. I really don't know how they turn a profit but I'm pretty sure it's because they treat guests so well. They even offer a sizeable discount for returning guests.
We were there on a Saturday and Sunday night and they still treated us like we were the only guests even though they were packed.
It was such a welcoming experience. We chatted up the employees like we were old friends and they treated us like it.
I'll be back there again for sure. Oh and yes the in room coffee is actually good, but in case you are wanting to warm up in the lobby after a swim or beach walk, the have a fresh pot, or three, in the lobby too with a huge tea selection and hot cocoa 24 hours a day. Oh and free yummy cookies too. Stop reading this and book your stay now, you won't be disappointed. Tell them the Ghostbusters Slime Patrol sent you ๐Ÿ˜

While I wish I had more good things to say, I found our stay to be lacking in many areas. Prior to booking the hotel I had tried to reach out over the phone using the number listed on the website but it said the line was disconnected (this was multiple days I tried). I finally ended up booking through a travel website in hopes things would be good! We were left with a bit of a mediocre experience.
First, we were bummed there was not hot tub at the property even though photos showed otherwise, the pool was fairly cold and very crowded due to its tiny size. Our first night we got in later and found the fan/heat lamp to be stuck on so we ended up just closing the door and trying to sleep through the noise since we had young children that needed to be put to bed.
The second night after we had the room serviced we came back late again and experienced yet another issue. In one of the bedrooms there were a few small bugs found in the comforter, not sure if its due to the sprinkler having an open hole or something else since it was inside the comforter and the bed had been made. I tried reaching out to the front desk 3 times but the phone rang and rang and rang, seems no one was at the desk much when we called or walked into the office. I stood at the desk waiting while girls chatted in the back office. We had to request items for our room that should have been stocked already such as toilet paper. Overall the stay just wasnโ€™t that great especially for the price paid in the off season.

We stayed at the Seaside Inn last night and wow. It was AMAZING. The people at the front desk were so so welcoming and friendly! Especially Chrissy. They had incredibly helpful staff and we were constantly talking about how amazing they were. We saw that the rooms were amazing on other reviews but how good could they possibly be? Well they exceeded all expectations and more. We have never slept so good and it was so incredibly comfortable. 100% will recommend every time.

The only two downfalls this hotel has are:
1. The fans are noisy. The pool area is so loud, and the fan in the restroom... yikes. Other than that... the beds were amazing, and I slept like a baby.
2. Breakfast is very limited. (Or maybe just not stocked) The waffles were good, tho.

I will go back as this hotel is within walking distance from all the cool spots and the staff are AWESOME!

Overall it was great. My husband and I went and stayed for a night at the beginning of our anniversary vacation trip and enjoyed Seaside Inn decently well. Itโ€™s located very closely to the ocean, honestly we just walked. Itโ€™s also just a few short blocks from all the shops and even MOโ€™s restaurant. The room was spacious and very clean.

The rooms here are very nice and come with a full kitchenette with cookware and flatware and silverware too. Very spacious.
The breakfast hall is complimentary and consists of two automatic waffle makers, coffee, tea, juice, bread items, and fresh fruit and yogurts.
