This was beyond the most disgusting hotel I have ever had the displeasure of stumbling into. The desk clerk, who I assume was the owner, was extremely rude, wanted a photocopy of my driver's license and credit card, then insist that I leave a $100 deposit that I will get back after the room has been cleaned. Interesting because it doesn't look like the room has been cleaned in a decade. It reeked of cigarettes and urine, there were bugs on the bedspread and the floor had sticky stuff all over it. There was unflushed feces in the toilet and the rest of the bathroom was worse. The location of the hotel is actually pretty convenient, however, you can find a nice clean, comfortable chain hotel such as Holiday Inn Express right up the road for only $20 to $30, which is exactly what I ended up doing.

DISGUSTING I have never in my 32 years of life been so disgusted in an establishment not only was the manager/clerk completely and 100% rude. She also lied to my caseworker and said that we stayed there all night which was untrue the room that we entered first had beer, cans, and garbage inside of one of the rooms we went here because our children are sick And we couldn’t even bring the children in. They upgraded us to another room and there was blood on the door of the walls and the toilet seat. I spent 20 minutes scrubbing the bathtub before I found the blood and ended up just leaving we cleaned the room before we left and I didn’t even finish cleaning. I left Ajax inside of the bathtub and the toilet brush next to the toilet because this place was so foul I didn’t even want to take any of the cleaning materials that I had just used back it was so disgusting. I almost wanted to call the police.

Pretty cool set up for having a double room. Nicely decorated with newer materials. The flooring could use some help and it needs to be cleaned really well. This last stay the carpet wasn't vacuumed. I still appreciate its comfort, atmosphere and management is very kind.

When I arrived the Owner was very nice. I booked for two nights. The next morning I found an injection needle and cap on my bathroom floor next to the bathroom sink. Even in my discussed I was going to stay another night because everything else was booked and it was very late. The owner told me she would help me on the room cost. After the second night I called and told her that my heat was not working and I froze all night in below 20 degree weather. She then began to yell at me for not waking her up in the middle of the night so she could change my room. Needless to say as cold as it was and as late as it was I didn’t want to wake her and I was in the USMC so I just hunkered down and dealt with it. Anyway, after yelling at me she kicked me out and told me I had to be out by 11. At 11 the cleaning lady showed up with my deposit ready to clean the room before the health inspector showed up. I did call them, City and County. Stay the hell away!!!

We got there earlier than our check in time but they had a room ready. Although my room was already paid in full, she charged another $50 which is refunded after the room is cleaned. We walked into the room & it smelled like mildew. I found a total of 5 spiders in our room. I asked how often the place is deep cleaned & she said daily. I asked how its possible to have so many spiders then. She said they come out after its cleaned & out of her control. She instead of refunding $50, she will refund $75. Mind you, I paid $154 & change for this room.

Well ,well, if the room i saw was an indication of the rest of the place, I am surprised it stays open. First they couldn't find the reservation. Then it was for 2 rooms. The woman couldn't get thst it was just 1 room for 3 nights. Very upset I was dropped off & didn't have a car/ license plate number. Then charges an extra $100.00 for the damage i might do. Had to pay for both rooms & security deposit too. Finally get to the very tiny room. This room smelled smoky from years of smoking. Bathroom was clean looking, but very worn. The out side of the tub had large 50 cent sized chips out of the small tub. An apple sized hole was at the bottom of where the door frame was to be & ran below the floor some where .
The woman said we could call them about the problems but when I asked "who this them was "she just said call. I dropped my friend off as his flight was in after midnight. I have to find him a better room.

The best thing about this place was the service at check out, because it included a partial refund. This place must have been great when it was first built. The extensions of the buildings are awkward, the updates are out dated, and the air was so thick. When I checked in and realized the air was thick with heavy cigarette smoke, I went to the office to ask for something to freshen the air. My husband and I were in the area to see family. When we returned for the night, we realized the furniture, tables were sticky. It felt like a combination of nicotine and a fumigation bomb. The air freshener I was giving at check in, didn't put a dent in the smell. I don't have asthma, but if you do... don't stay here. The gal at the front desk seems to be a live-in manager. She agreeded to refund the "insurance" for the room that she had insisted I purchase, and part of our room rate. She did the right thing. Another lesson learned here... don't trust all the pictures and sometimes it's not worth it to save 15 bucks.

Very low budget rooms. The hotel manager is very unhelpful and not customer service oriented whatsoever.
Multiple abandoned cars in the parking lot with broken out windows. No on-site laundry. No security cameras. Overall this place is not somewhere to stay if you have kids with you.
