(Did not stay in 223--this is a review for the property) It is an attractive building that is well-maintained but the beach situation means we won't be coming back. The vendor that they have takes up the whole beach and if you want to sit in chairs on the shoreline, you need to pay them $35 per day. If you dare to set up your own chairs on either side of theirs, they will run over and tell you that you need to be in wet sand. That is the county ordinance but the Inn should not allow them to hog the whole beach. Second big issue--you need a code to go anywhere on the property. A code for the elevator, a code for two gates just to get to the beach and then you need it to get back in. Also for the parking garage. The elevator and the two gates are overkill and one of the outside gate pads is having issues, so I have been watching people stand there for five minutes entering and re-entering the code multiple times (What vacation fun!)

The security guard is so great at helping people, he is one of God's Angels, and he smells so good, he makes me feel so at home, and he is excellent with children. I will definitely be back next year!!!

Good place to stay that is right in the beach, has a staircase to access the beach but the pool is on the hotel level. Also has a nice hot tub that was great to relax in after the sun goes down!

Been coming to the same unit for 15yrs. Love this place. Complex is small and quiet which makes for a great quiet beach. Big units with lots of space.

Actually at 312. Great condo and complex. Large 3br 3th. Very nice. Without going on and on, highly recommend 312 and complex as a whole.
