Do NOT book with a third party, because you will not be able to receive a refund. Even given the low price, you are not getting what you are paying for here. The best word I can use to describe this hotel is trashy.
The bathroom was very small, and so was the tub. Some of the towels in my room were not clean and the drain stopper in the bathtub must have been broken because the tub wouldn't fill past a certain level. They only have 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner that dries your hair out very badly, the soap was very low quality, and they only had 1 ply toilet paper.
They had the worst breakfast spread of any hotel I've been to. All of their food products were Great Value, they didn't have peanut butter, and they only had apple butter (no jelly, jam, or cream cheese), and they only played country music videos instead of the news on the TV. They were out of most of the breakfast options by 7am. The only healthy options they had were oranges, bananas, and hard boiled eggs.
The bedding made noise every time I moved and the beds were very uncomfortable. The carpets seemed very dirty, especially in the stairwell. You can hear the guests in the other rooms as well as noise from the street. The AC was very loud and so was the bathroom fan. There were a lot of drug users hanging around, and I heard lots of yelling. I wouldn't feel safe to take my children here.
The WiFi was fast, the rooms were aesthetically pleasing, the location is good, and the price is affordable. That being said, you can get all of these things and more at nearby hotels for only a slightly higher price.
They keep responding to past comments saying that they hope customers give them a second chance to see that their complaints have been corrected, but given my experience, it is clear that they have made no effort to improve their establishment.

Cheap basic hotel a bit run down. Not the cleanest hotel, had a hair on the bathroom counter and plastic garbage on floor by toilet. Beds were nice and firm. Small fridge in room and coffee machine. Bathroom toiletries include single use toothpaste and a toothbrush. Breakfast was very basic. Outdoor pool, closed for winter. They do have two laundry machines for guests.

My co-worker came in from out of town for work. Jessica's customer service was fabulous. She was nice and polite. Five Star Service. Thank you!

The first floor of the hotel smells bad, they don't clean the rooms, there are a lot of dogs and they bark all night. The heating doesn't work.
There are definitely better options

There is nothing wrong with this place... I was a little nervous reading some of the reviews, but it was a fine stay.
It is off of a very busy road but is not exceptionally difficult to get into. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Friendly check in and check out.
We were startled going to our room, the door was unlocked and open, the TV was on, and all of the drawers and cupboards were pulled open (even the microwave).
Did we have a ghost in the room? No, it was housekeeping who left the room this way. Weird.
Wi-Fi was fast (39 Mbps download 21 Mbps upload) TV channels were limited. Bathtub was okay. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge in the room. There were little things that you might have forgotten, like shampoos and soaps and toothbrushes that were provided in the room. We had a quiet sleep.
A breakfast was included, although it was limited. Hot and cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, bread products, coffee, milk, juice. Muffins were tiny and toaster did not toast well. They had the front doors open in the morning to the lobby and breakfast area and it kind of smelled bad from the nearby pulp and paper plant.
But everything was clean, and the pool looked really nice outdoors.

My wife and I requested a ground level room for accessibility (they charge $20 extra for it), and it was disappointing at best. Upon first entry, there was a very strong fake vanilla fragrance that makes your head hurt after a while. The beds didn’t look like they were cleaned well. One bed had mysterious stains, and the other pubic hair in it. The bathtub was incredibly tiny, but the shower head basically touched the ceiling. This bizarre combo made us have to stand at the far end of the tub, and most of the water splashed onto the floor as a result. The bathroom fan was also broken, so the room got very humid very fast. The windows also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Lastly, the Air Conditioner puffed out a thick cloud of dust when we first turned it on.
The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was nice, but probably the worst sleep I’ve had in a long time.
Had the room been a little nicer, I would have been happy to pay the extra $20, but it just wasn’t.

Honestly, we didn't stay here. I was having issues with a third party Hotel app. I assumed the app correctly reserved a room for us. Upon arriving I found it booked for the following night and this night was sold out. | The purpose of my review is because I can find no other way to thank the woman at the front desk. I didn't get her name, but it was the evening of Tuesday, June 11th, 2024. She was the most helpful hotel employee I have ever encountered! She could have easily sent us away, but she took the initiative and started calling competition motels in the area, asking if they had a room for us. Thank you front desk person, you were awesome!| Grounds and lobby were clean.
