Impressions worked a miracle for our Anchorage nonprofit. They catered a dinner for 250 and provided awesome service. Though we were working with a limited budget, they were able to provide outstanding value; and their proposal was submitted very quickly. The menu was better than we had expected--we even got fresh vegetables in the middle of the winter! The staff was friendly and professional and cheerfully answered our many questions. They arrived on time, had the food ready on time, and left the kitchen area neat and clean. We received lots of good comments about the food and would definitely use Impressions again.

We used Impressions Catering for our wedding with approx 100 people in June 2014. Our wedding was at a house north of Palmer, so Paul and his team had access to a kitchen. They provided all service, plates, cutlery, linens. But all I can say is Wow!!. The fillet mignon was to die for, and the chicken was moist and beautiful. All the hors d'oeuvres esp the spicy tuna nachos were amazing. Everyone commented on the quality of the food. The servers were also very professional and blended seamlessly into the background. I would say (as did most) it was without doubt the best wedding food anyone had ever had, and one of my favourite meals in Alaska. My wife was at first hesitant to find a caterer so far from an urban center, but afterwards thought it added such class to the whole affair and was so pleased we had gone for the sit down meal. All in all, Paul and his team were so professional, and most important of all, the food was superb. Thank you for helping us make our special day so tasty for our guests.
