We booked a trip to Scotland/Ireland for my husband's and I 30th anniversary. We had no clue where to start and reached out to Amy at I'm Out Of Here Travel Florida Agency. Amy was absolutely helpful from the very start. She asked us what we were looking for, hotel's, B&B's, etc... what we wanted to see, and provided so many options to start. We spent time researching the options, asked multiple questions back to Amy on what she thought we could do. After some back and forth emails, which Amy ALWAYS responded to so quickly, she gave some great advice and we ultimately decided on a bus tour of the countries. Amy's help did not stop there. She was there every step of the way. Suggesting travel insurance and what options we should consider, reaching out to us letting us know that we would be receiving other forms in regards to our travel plans and to make sure we filled those out timely. Even up to the very day we were leaving Amy was still in contact with us asking if we needed anything. We even had a last minute change in our itinerary just a few days before we left and she immediately contacted us to let us know. We had the absolute best time on our vacation. No issues with finding our way, no issues with the plan. Everything went perfectly and we have Amy to thank for that as she was so attentive to what we needed. She even contacted us after the trip to see how everything went. I would highly recommend booking your next vacation adventure with Amy and I'm Out Of Here Travel Florida. Amy put together a great cruise for a large group of people for a wedding everything Amy did for us was awesome she stayed in constant contact with us answered any questions I had and boy did I pester her with alot of questions.
