This lady Roxanne is crazy! We have been in here for several years and is an amazing resort and anyone lucky to get in usually stays long term. What is the owner suppose to do kick someone out that decides to stay. You lady have a screw loose. We will never leave this resort. Mr. Cook has been nothing but great since he took over the resort last year, so may new and exciting additions.

We had the pleasure of staying at Iguana Bay for the last five months and it has been amazing. The landscaping here is BEAUTIFUL! The community is very friendly and free laundry is fantastic. The park is right in the middle of town, which was awesome for getting to and from work quickly. Next time I am in the area, this will be my first choice to stay at!

Hidden Gem!! We visited Iguana Bay Resort in November and didn’t want to leave. Mike and his son were respectful and accommodating. There was plenty of parking for my boat trailer. We enjoyed the pool, and the River was just a few steps away. We’ve already have a space booked for summer! Can’t wait to come back. 10/10 recommend.

We came across this place by accident after a really bad day. We started off with one night and stayed 5. The owner, Mike and his family are so sweet and helpful. They work really hard around the resort. Pool is beautiful, landscaping amazing, river access and other residents are so nice. Great restaurant across from the resort parking. Best thing is Dog friendly. You can almost throw a rock and hit the Colorado river. AMAZING!!! thanks Mike...

I called this place asked if they had availability for a long term Dennis answered phone was so nice giving me information on availability he was so helpful on finding a spot for me I’m a senior loved the beautiful pictures Dennis told me he was owner and telling me that a young Coal miner was vacating on 28th of June space 17 then he said space 10 was going to be open he kept in touch for a day or 2 Dennis told me 10 space I wouldn’t fit so he would speak to tenants see if they would switch spots Dennis said please send photos a& drivers license then Dennis said per text that his girl would get me started on paperwork I was so excited and relieved to have a space to call home didn’t hear from Dennis so I texted him back on any info Dennis response have patience he is doing best he could to get me a spot & he would let me know right then nothing I text him asking for maybe just a 2 day stay cuz I already was in area and Dennis was so kind well nothing no call no text no nothing I was devastated sick to my stomach I buckled I’m 62 I believe someone’s word this is owner of the Iquana rv resort I trusted him I stopped looking for another rv place Dennis’s texts were so positive & maybe believe I mattered I didn’t what a awful owner just no integrity no morals could have just let me know either way but absolutely nothing please anyone be aware the owner is not trustworthy don’t take his word it’s a scam Dennis I’m so disgusted with your behavior and made me feel so welcome I’m so sad your place was just what I needed your place looks so beautiful but I got my hopes up & Dennis didn’t have the sac to man up please try & not hurt other people who love your place it’s not ethical just a low blow

Absolutely peaceful and secluded. Free Wi-Fi, showers, laundry facilities and ice.
The owner Michael and his groundskeeper Billy are absolutely amazing very accommodating.
I most definitely will be coming back years to come.
This will be my new home away from home.

We have been to Iguana Bay Resort 5 times in the past two years. The grounds are lush and immaculate. There’s a pool overlooking the river with a beautiful view. We also love that there is a restaurant and bar that is right next door with outdoor dining over looking the river. We can’t wait to go back!

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful plants & trees everywhere. Everyone was super friendly and the owner was very accommodating. It's definitely not your typical desert RV park. Loved hanging out at the pool that overlooks the river!
