So we've stayed here multiple times, first to be honest was more of a blur for reasons i won't get into. But the second was awesome. Fast check in, great staff, clean and nice room. Pool and hot tub- nice.And the breakfast was absolutely one of the best ive had at a hotel/motel. This last visit was at best 3 stars. Room, bed uncomfortable but clean. Dinner poor, not worth the $$. My burger was soupy. Her steak was burnt and tough. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was dull, and gravy was muddy. I was very saddened. Over all a 3 star is what id give them except for staff. 4.5 star for them

The rooms here are really lovely for the price. We got a two-bedroom condo, which really comfortably fit 5 of us with the fold out couch. The fold out couch wasn't amazing, but it did have a nice mattress topper and nice sheets, so sleeping there actually ended up decent. ||||We loved the tub and heated pool, and mini golf was a lovely cheap add-on! We also brought our dog, and most places were super accommodating for her. It's a lovely, dog-friendly town and hotel. ||||My only complaint was that we had been advertised 2-for-1 wine tastings at their on property winery (like, this deal was texted to me as part of the welcome package), and then when I inquired the wineries hours, it turned out they were closed the days we were in town. -_- I'd say maybe don't advertise it to people if you know they won't be there on days when it isn't open!||||Otherwise, great trip and great property. We're already planning when we will go back!

We had an amazing time at this resort! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home without ever rushing us during check-in/out. We had a minor issue in our condo, and they were very accommodating, fixing everything according to our schedule. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic – a great way to start the day. The heated pool was so much fun for the kids, they couldn’t get enough of it. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The staff members were wonderful, from the front desk to the restaurant. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We ordered dinner to go to eat in our room and I was surprised at how good the food was. We didn’t try out the pool, but saw others enjoying it. We didn’t try go to the wine tasting and that was fun!

The hotel was beautiful and so was our room. The room was clean and spacious. Also, really enjoyed complimentary breakfast...very good. Our only complaint was the room temperature. We set it at 58 degrees and it still seemed hot. My adult son didn't fall asleep until 3:30am as he was so uncomfortable with the hot room. But as I mentioned before, the room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again if we could resolve the temperature control issue.

The Icicle Villiage is so lovely. Our room was perfect, and I did spend just a little extra to get a sitting room with a fireplace and a view. We could watch the Alpine Coaster from our balcony. It's a perfect distance to walk into town. The grounds of the resort are adorable. Kids were playing mini golf and shooting hoops and having a blast.

Had such a great experience staying here! The location is perfect and close to anything you’d want to do in Leavenworth. The complimentary breakfast was delicious every morning and not the same each day which helps when staying multiple days. The room was clean and the heater worked perfectly. The service from every staff member was pleasant. I will be recommending this stay to anyone going to Leavenworth!

Icicle Resort offers well-maintained and comfortable rooms, making for a pleasant stay. However, I was surprised to find that water bottles were not provided in the room and had to be purchased separately. Given the price of the rooms, a small gesture like complimentary water would enhance the experience.

The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, as reflected in their responses, which could have been more welcoming and attentive. While the resort provides adequate parking, navigating the property and locating rooms takes some time to figure out.

Breakfast is included, but the options are quite basic. The eggs were well-prepared, but the sausages were disappointing. A bit more variety and quality in the breakfast offerings would be a welcome improvement.

Overall, the resort itself is nice, but the service could definitely be better to match the premium feel of the property.
