We spent a week and loved our whole time there. ALL of the staff, honestly, was so kind and helpful. I really liked getting hot chocolate in the lobby/office - so nice on the cool fall days. They also had coffee, tea, and cider. Special shout out to Pamela for being so warm and friendly to us! We had a two bedroom unit and everything was clean and furnished nicely. Beds and pillows were wonderful. Loved the fireplace. Had everything we needed in the kitchen area and washer/dryer worked great. Our back porch was lovely and a great place to relax and read. The club house and pool/hot tub/firepit area looked great as well though we were busy out hiking and traveling around the lake most days, so we didn't swim there. The location in Incline Village was perfect, and it was nice to have access to the Hyatt Regency next door. Lake Tahoe was beautiful. We would definitely go back!!

This is our favorite place to come to in Lake Tahoe. This time the unit and property did not seem as well maintained as in the past. We asked for things to be fixed to desk staff and nothing happened. Once we spoke to a manager, most things were fixed. We had also asked for a kitchen item that we know is available and that was not provided. Once management found out they were going to provide but the item was no longer needed. They have completed a major kitchen renovation which is very nice. Overall a lovely stay just a little disappointed because we know the past standards.

Outdoor pool is very nice with spa and whole pool is warm, kids love it, hotel view is fantastic, staff are very nice, two restaurants inside of the hotel and tried both of them, Cutthroat's Saloon is better in our opinion, Self parking $30/day valet $50/day

I prepaid for this trip to attend my daughters wedding, for 3 nights I paid an unbelievable $1800. Then when I arrive they charge me $250 just to get me keys. There was nothing special about this condo for me and my son, the ceiling fans made a horrific noise so therefore could not be used on high. The toilet ran 100% of the time. When I got home they charged me another $675 which is now in dispute. This facility is way overpriced for aged facility and not friendly nor accommodating.

Rooms and location are great. I think the hallways could use some paint and new carpet but other than that it is beautiful. Oh and not sure if they have a helicopter pad at the hotel but we did awaken to a helicopter extremely loud one of the mornings.

My family was excited about our Tahoe trip and expected to have a pleasant stay at the HYATT HIGH SIERRA LODGE. Unfortunately, the highway was closed due to a snowstorm. I booked the hotel through Agoda, but they declined my refund request due to their cancellation policy.

I called the HYATT HIGH SIERRA LODGE, and they were very kind to refund us without any issues. However, I had difficulties dealing with Agoda, even after informing them that the hotel had agreed to issue the refund. Agoda still asked me to provide a written document from Hyatt. I went back and forth with both the hotel and Agoda several times.

I had to reach out to the front desk team at HYATT HIGH SIERRA LODGE to help me process the refund, especially Front Desk Manager Jenna Kusler, who provided me with the written document for my request within 24 hours. I am truly impressed by their team’s professionalism and service.

My family holds Hilton Gold status, but after this experience, we are considering staying more often at Hyatt because of Ms. Kusler’s outstanding customer service.

We drove from Vegas here and didn't realize that most gas stations close early in the area, which delayed our arrival. Our reservations specifically said the check in ended at 11pm but we arrived close to midnight. I called and customer service was able to arrange a security guard, Joe, to check us in. He was attentive and wanted to make sure our key worked which it didn't but he was able to set us up in the emergency room. Joe really went above and beyond with customer relations. The room was gorgeous and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable...so much so that I had to look up the brand so we can buy our own. Beautiful place to stay with everything you could ask for in the rooms.

We were really lucky to get an up-grade from a studio to a two-bedroom unit the night before we were scheduled to arrive. We absolutely LOVE having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. We did not really have an exception view. It was pretty unless traffic was driving by. The unit itself had everything we needed. Fully stocked to provide meals (we at breakfast every morning in the room). The room was nice. It had plenty of room (for two of us). If there had been six, maybe a little tight. The resort had a really nice clubhouse that we thoroughly enjoyed. Two days we never even left the resort. Played pool, watched movies in the clubhouse then enjoyed the hot tub. Resort is very close to a lot of things and only 20-25 minutes down to South Lake Tahoe. We also had keys so if we wanted we could access the Hyatt Regency amenities next door - we did not. Overall, a great place to vacation. Jenna at the front desk is AMAZING!!!!
