I stayed here for two nights for a business trip with my 7 month old and 18 year old niece. We were greeted by a gentleman as soon as we walked in. I had originally booked a King room but they did not have one available at the time we checked in so I was offered a double queen room at no additional cost. I was also offered the option to choose which floor I would like to stay in which was great considering going up & down an elevator is not convenient when traveling with a baby so the first floor was the best option for us! ||The room was spacious for the three of us. It was cold but felt a bit muggy at first - we were able to adjust after a bit. You could also tell there were some features that needed updating like the stainless steel on some of the appliances was oxidizing. There was no way to adjust the TV angle, the channel options were limited and no way to display wirelessly from another device. Also, when we went to shower, the water wasn't cold cold. It started off warm (more on the hotter side) and then only got hotter from there. ||Other than that, our stay was great! The breakfast was good, the internet was fast, and the beds were comfortable. All of the employees were also very welcoming and nice.

The room was a great quality for the price. I’d definitely return. The only thing missing in the room was a microwave, that would have made a great addition. Breakfast was good and the time allowed was better than other hotels as well as later check out.

Well I want to say thank you Candy she was so so sweet and made us feel so welcome. As well as some other staff. However,
I do a lot of traveling and I have never been treated like me and my family was treated. One There is black mold in the lobby area dripping, then I asked for my room to get cleaned and I was told that unless I had the extended stay that could not happen well I have been there 3 days. There was blood on pillow case. And the elevator broke down and my elderly mother was stuck in her room cause she could not come downstairs and the work stayed to another worker he did not give a “F” he just works there. Just not good at all. To top it off when I told the lady at the front desk she informed the GM and she called me did not tell me who she was and was not listening and was telling me basically these events did not happen and justifying everything I said. I informed her that she is not listening and she hung up on me. Not professional at all. I called the corporate office and the supervisor listened and apologized and gave me 10,000 rewards. This is one hotel I will never return to. The only reason they got one star was because of the breakfast bar (Candy) and a few staff members other then that there is a few employees that need just a little more training.

Room||Was ||Clean - staff was friendly! Good location not far from MSU. Breakfast was great. Hotel has small bar that also serves decent meals and snacks. Best part is they allowed pets so we brought our dog.

My stay was pleasant! One of the staff members went the extra mile to retrieve a piece of luggage that I left in the parking lot. I called to report it and she had already retrieved it and kept it until I returned to get it. Her act of kindness will not be forgotten!

Our stay was an unexpected one. We booked a hotel down from the Hyatt and it was awful, so we quickly booked this one. We were happy with our stay at the Hyatt. It was a very clean room, with friendly staff. We felt very safe in the hotel and slept just fine. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was okay; nothing overly fancy about it, nothing bad about it either. If we need to stay over night again on our way to the beach, we will stay here again!

Everything was great when I walked in expect for the air being out. I asked about the air in the room and was told that the air works. However the fan worked NOT the air. Wasn’t able to sleep good because I. Kept getting hot and it caused me to get up and down all night. I would definitely return however the air would have to be working.

I was in the area for a work assignment that lasted 3 weeks. The check in was pretty seamless and I thought I was going to enjoy my stay but this wasn't the case.
I could say so many things but I'll highlight a few that stood out.
I one day woke to a soaked carpet next to my bed and all over the area the bed was. It took me 2 days to get them to change rooms.
I moved to my new room. It was a little spacious so i was excited despite the inconvenience of having to move. This was the worst experience of all the hotels I've stayed at. The mattress was soaked in urine and I only got to know because as soon as I lay down, my jammies were soaked in pee which was super gross. I had worked all night so I was super tired. I forgot to mention about the ladies working the front desk. They were all very rude, unprofessional and clueless of what they were doing. When i called to inform them that my bed was soaked in urine, they seemed to think it was just another fussy guest. No one came to check or even seemed concerned. I told them about it before 8am. They said they'll get back to me. I fell asleep on the couch and happened to wake to at 11. They said the only solution was to flip the mattress. WHAT I declined and told them there was no way I was going to sleep in that bed if they didn't have a spare mattress.
They eventually changed rooms to one that the blinds didn't work. The room was too bright for someone trying to sleep during the day while the sun was out. Long story short, they gave me 2 other rooms which all had something sketchy going on.
The only good thing going on for this property is Emmanuel. I think he was a manager. He was very polite. He helped me with one of the moves. He was very professional and apologetic.
Overall, my stay in this hotel sucked and I'd never stay here or recommend it to anyone else. I only stayed because the area didn't have many options and my company was paying for it otherwise I'd have definitely left after the second straw.
