Located right next to ASU campus and ten minutes from PHX airport, this hotel is in an excellent location.

I booked online last minute, just prior to arriving, and my room was ready when I got there. Upon checking in, the gentleman at the desk was polite and friendly. I had a concern with my room so they switched me immediately to another room!

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable! The sheets were nice and not at all like the scratchy sheets used at some other Hyatt houses.

The rooftop was a vibe with a bar, seating, and a fire pit. The pool was at the opposite end from the bar with a nice view of the city.

Breakfast was your typical spread. There was sufficient seating and space in the eating area.

My only complaint was that you must pay to park in the parking deck, but you can enter and exit the deck as often as you wish within the 24 hour period.

Good hotel overall. Clean rooms and facilities are new and modern, same with rooms. Front desk is very friendly and professional. Safe area. Elevators are fast. The outdoor area on top of roof is nice too. Good view. It’s a solid choice for a hotel room.

This is a great property. Clean, modern, lots of great common spaces, and the suites are very functional if you are spending a good amount of time in your room. The front desk staff was amazing! The boiler broke one morning while we were there so we had to take cold showers, BUT the hotel comped us for our entire 3 night stay so that more than compensated for our trouble. Very impressed and will definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. Very close access to campus, especially to the stadium, arena, Tooker House and nearby dorms.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast provided reasonable options and was fresh. Staff were helpful, polite and pleasant. Location was superb for our purposes (attending events at Mullett Arena). Easy walk to extensive dining options was appreciated.

Nice hotel, very close to ASU facilities. It's on the higher end of nightly cost, there are certainly other less expensive options. Not really walking distance to much outside of ASU's Arena. It's very clean, the staff is friendly. The pool is really small, like an oversized jacuzzi small. Breakfast is included but it's not anything that will wow you. Parking is $16 a day so be prepared for that. There are some EV chargers in the parking structure so that's handy if you need that type of thing. All in all it's a nice place to stay if you want to be as close as possible to ASU's arena.

This is a great location; rooms (both Hyatt House and Place) are clean and great layout for short or long term stay. Close 2 min ride with easy access to trolley service and the active nightlife. Open downstairs lounge area, comfortable atmosphere, or visit the rooftop pool and outdoor bar area.

Honestly this hotel was amazing overall. Best service I've ever had at a hotel that was not a resort, and room layout very nice and amazing rooftop lounge and pool. Felt spoiled. Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well because of the very very loud HVAC system right next to the bed. It turned on and off so many times throughout the night, my daughter said she felt like she woke up 3,000 times (she is 14 so fairly dramatic 😂) But no joke, it sounded like a rocket was launching next door when it would turn on. Really so unfortunate when everything else in the hotel is excellent.

Reserved and paid for a double queen through hotel website. The hotel gave my room away and put me in what they had available. I even called ahead to verify my room was a double queen to be told yes, until I arrived. Was told they could but me in a double queen on day two of my reservation. Why have a reservation if you the hotel is not going to honor it? Disappointed to say the least!
