Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and well maintained. Great breakfast included with a comfy place to enjoy it. We love the rooms with stocked kitchenette. The beds and bedding were amazing too. We have stayed there twice and staff is always wonderful!

This is a great hotel for great value - the lobby is incredibly cozy and fresh, and the rooms were spotless and completely updated. Felt like they were brand new! The kitchen comes completely stocked, and they have snacks for purchase in the lobby with a full size fridge in the room. Beds were SO COMFORTABLE, really plush and soft. There's even a gorgeous nature walk behind the hotel, cannot recommend enough.

I really enjoyed my conversations with the gentleman that worked in the mornings. His name tag was small, but I think his name was John? Talked books, and he guided me to local coffee places while my brother was getting the car most mornings. Made me feel more like a person and I enjoyed that. The room itself was comfortable, but weird, the windows couldn't open. Paying for parking is a bummer, but that's everywhere now, so I can't say too much about that. Didn't eat in the restaurant or breakfast. I recommend this hotel if you're in need of a room!!

Me and my husband really loved the hispanic gentleman checking us out. We feel like he's in the wrong area. His knowledge of Seattle is phenomenal. The places he recommended to us were beautiful. Maybe a concierge or a Seattle hotel will suit him better. But this hotel was nice. The beds are a bit high, but they're comfortable. Breakfast was always warm, and we arrived a little bit late, and they let us grab some fruit. I'd return if I was in the area for sure!!!

At check-in I was greeted with a free room upgrade, Josh and Mey were so pleasant and accommodating. I would go back just because of the staff. This Hyatt being an older property is in need of a few upgrades and a deep cleaning. New carpet in the public hallways might be my top priority and then I would take a pressure washer to the exterior. All in all, a good stay for the price.

The staff is always friendly and professional, ensuring a comfortable stay every time.||||The Grand breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a great selection to start the day right. With its recent renovations, the hotel is modern and up to date, reflecting how well it’s managed.||||A consistently great experience—highly recommended!

Upon arrival the night clerk offered to upgrade my room at no extra charge to a larger room with a kitchen because she saw we were going to be there for several days. Very clean and newly remodeled. Staff went above and beyond. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous. The breakfast was nice. They had a lot of variety of foods. The beds were so comfortable, was going to look and see what brand mattress they used but forgot to, I need a new one and would love to find out.

I've stayed at this location multiple times for business, and it's always been a good experience. The breakfast is really good! Rooms are clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. There are a lot of good restaurants in walking distance, and the parking is beneficial if you need it for your vehicle.
