We had a wonderful experience here. The lobby is warm and inviting, the staff is great and the rooms are beautiful and a great value. The bed was comfy and the room was as clean as can be. We had an issue where another guest kept trying to connect to our TV with AirPlay and they were able to resolve it when we called the front desk.||The hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch.

Nice property. Good service. ||Fitness center is a single room on the second floor accessible 24 hours via room key card. Three treadmills, a peloton bike, one elliptical, one recumbent bike, dumbbells from 5 to 50 lbs, and a life fitness dual pulley machine. All in good working condition. There is also an outdoor pool.

Stayed here recently as my son had a volleyball tournament at seal beach. It's in a pretty good location for that purpose. Room was pretty spacious had a little living room and a kitchenette area. So it was nice to be able to relax on the couch. Close to plenty of places to eat, close to Costco, and Von's (local grocery chain). Only downside is they charge $10 a night for parking which is a little annoying since that was not disclosed when I booked the hotel, only when I checked in. Not sure if that is a common policy for hotels in that area given it is kinda close to Disneyland (there were quite a few guests there obviously going to Disneyland). Other than that the hotel is decent. Pretty good breakfast options. They had oatmeal, toast, eggs, juice, etc. Breakfast also is open early if you're trying to get an early start on Disneyland.

Hyatt House was a very nice looking hotel inside and outside. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Out room, overall, was small but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very simple but enough for our needs. The tile on the bathroom shower floor looked dirty but it was just very worn.

We had a delightful stay in a beautiful, comfortable room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The holiday decor and the hot cocoa bar in the lobby made for a fun and festive atmosphere. I will definitely choose to stay there again next time I'm visiting family in the area.

Awesome Hotel. Great amenities, environment and surroundings. Great location. Great customer service. Great gym and great choices for breakfast food every morning. Nice atmosphere outdoors with pool, hot tub and fire pit. Short drive to many restaurants, malls and events.

I was very impressed with this stay. I normally chose Hilton or Ihg Hotels because that was what I have been used to. I decided to give Hyatt a try and I was very impressed. The hotel is in a good location. It is only a 20 minute distance from the Long Beach Airport. It is close to Buena Park and all the entertainment. The room was beautiful. We were surprised that it actually had a balcony that you could walk out on. My wife and I were very impressed with the holiday decor and complimentary hot cocoa. The staff was amazing. We were always greeted and constantly asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. We will definitely return on our next trip.

No complimentary water bottles in room. Parking lot is not gated but there's a daily fee on top of stay to park.
