Great place to relax and enjoy the company of whomever is with you. The restaurant seems to be in the spirit of the Waffle House with the setting a bit more intimate, but the tasty offerings are sure not to be on any recommended healthy food lists. But healthy food is never the reason for my visit.

Paula was so friendly and kind. Everything came out quickly and everything came out perfect. Refills were quickly given. She was kind enough to give us togo drinks and a box. We had a wonderful experience and will be coming back.

We showed up at around 10:45. We finally left at 11:55. With no food. Her name is Falecia. She took our order, brought our drinks and she came over to our table 40 minutes later and said she messed up our ticket and that our food was cooking then. She brought my wife her salad 10 minutes later, and it took me having to go ask another server for some silverware. We watched 9 different customers come in after us and get their food. 3 ordered, ate and left before we finally left at 11:55. All Falecia seemed to be worried about was any spec of paper on the floor. She tried giving the wrong food to multiple customers while we waited VERY patiently. Finally, I put $6 on the table to cover the drinks and the 5 or 6 bites my wife took of her salad. That was the worst experience I've had at not just Huddle House, but any restaurant. We will not be returning. She is incapable of doing her job. Please do something about this.

Visited here close to closing and boy can I say, I had to hold back from helping these ladies myself. We walk in and the cook is clearly stressing constantly calling the other server’s name who I learned within 10 seconds of stepping through the door, Emma. These ladies were all alone and it was busy! I’m talking families all over the lobby so I knew it’d be a wait from first glance. No problem, my partner made the most of it and asked each other silly questions until it was time to order. Management no where in sight and letting a minor help close is crazy. At least call other employees to see if anyone could help. Whoever was over this shift and decided to let only 2 workers run it is heartless. They put in the work of at least 4 people to probably only get a good job by a manager. This is horrible leadership putting everything on 2 very kind people. Next time, just close earlier at least or call in some help. I hope the 2 ladies tonight are okay and get some well needed rest. No, my items weren’t correct but you bet I didn’t have the heart to make them refund any of the missing or incorrect items. 7-6-24 @10:54pm

Well the service was bad to be nice. The food was terrible, bacon was raw, eggs cooked wrong, hasbrowns over cooked, onions in hashbrowns was not cooked raw onions were put in after they overcooked them, toast wouldn't melt butter, and the server brought the wrong jelly. She never came back to tell her. Oh the kicker was my folks waited around 40 mins on this food, mom couldn't eat her's because of the hashbrowns being overcooked and hard. She specifically asked for them to be cooked light. Then we get the ticket. 4.38$ for 2 pieces of toast that wasn't warm enough to melt the butter. Good thing I didn't go to the registure to pay, I tend to not be polite when things are this terrible. I highly recommend the Waffle House in boaz the service is always great, the food on point and a good place to enjoy a quick meal. Huddle House you suck!

Never ever will we go back,waitress n cooks were being trained but the shift manager had already left so they were basically training themselves,waited almost an hour before we even seen them starting to cook, had two plates brought to table and was ask whose is this and we ask what is it and was told I don't know you were the one that ordered it. We had 8 people n only 1 got to eat n it was not even right

A couple of plates with steaks were kinda tough. They forgot the onions in our Hash browns. (But did make more for us with onions) Good visit, just a few minor issues. Buy all was good.
