Kathy and Ron helped me plan more than 7 cruises (some with extended family or traveling from different locations) and consistently provided me with the best service, ship options and price. They are quick to respond to my phone or email questions, and very patient with me. I love the personal attention I get and always feel special when I talk to their staff! I also referred Howell Travel & Cruises to my friends for Hawaii & Disney vacations and everyone was happy with their service.

An all inclusive trip was booked for me and my family to Branson Missouri in March 2021. The trip was paid for in full, before we went on vacation. Several weeks after we arrived home, a charge for $280.90 was charged to my credit card for a resort fee which was never told to us up front. The charge came from the hotel we stayed at. Ron was contacted and stated he was unaware of the fee for the trip, which was paid for in full through his agency. Will not use this travel agency again and advise nobody else to unless you like unexpected charges.

I called Kathy to book a vacation for my family. She took information for all of the travelers so that she could book it right away, however she never contacted me with any travel options. I guess she is not interested in our business .

Peggy was rude!! Simply called to check any last minute deals for April. She mentioned if money was no option Pressed on about her 30+ years experience bla bla. Yikes bad day I guess. They did our Honeymoon... It was ok. I didnt work with Peggy tho. She hung up when I said, ok thank you..click Not professional
