Where to even begin with this review. How about, I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel. To start off, there is no employees on the property from 3pm-8pm. They have a kiosk that is supposed to be their "easy no-contact" way to check in. Well, when I arrived at 5pm to check out there was a line of people waiting to check in since the kiosk was broken and there was no on on the property to fix it. There was a guy that was remoting in on the screen. They were very unhelpful. After an hour of waiting (mind you there were people in front of me that had been waiting in line longer) I was finally able to get the keys to my hotel room.

The room was gross. The sheets had stains on them, the handle to the faucet came off, and the TV didn't work. We tried calling for towels since housekeeping didn't tend to our room during the day and like I said above, there was no one on property to bring us towels.

The walls are so thin that you can hear entire conversations of the people in the rooms on both sides and above.

The entire stay was a nightmare. 10000% do not recommend this property

Overall, the stay was pretty good. Room was large, and we had a desk, TV, and fridge/microwave. The cleaner or air freshener they use for the rooms is quite strong, so if you are sensitive to smells this may not be the place for you

The bed is decently comfy, our heater/AC unit worked great. Bathroom was clean, and the carpets didn't leave dirt on our white socks, so pretty clean there as well

The only negatives were one of the towels was stained, looked as if someone hadn't quite washed well enough in the shower and wiped themselves afterwards. The furniture looked like it maybe had a run in with someone's pet at one time. And there was a random reddish brown spot on the back of the door, not exactly sure what it is.

Another Wyndham place off my list. Language BARRIER is the worst, and they now are using a KIOSK for check-in. The desk person is directly from INDIA. I had NO HOT WATER, and the motel was NOT in a central place. There was not even a functioning tub, and it's a CHEAP brown bag breakfast. NOT a place I would recommend other than it was "affordable"... lol I'm wishing if paid the $10 a night difference for something OTHER THAN WYNDHAM!!!! WYNDHAM IS NO LONGER AMERICAN!!!!

Positive: It's a quiet place to sleep. Comfortable beds. Negative: Not being able to talk with someone at check in. I am handicapped and had to climb the stairs to get to the room. I think if we could have talked with someone then we could have changed rooms.

Stayed there February 15-17. Although the location was good the room was below reg standards. No table to sit at you had to sit on the bed, bath tub peeling from a resurfacing job, no caulking around tub, had to mess with water knob to get water to stop running in the shower. The check in process was a horrible experience. The no smoking on premises was not inforced. The only positive thing was the sack breakfast. I will never stay there again and would never recommend staying there to anyone.

What a shame this motel is located where it is. You put that place anywhere else in Spokane and it would be a lot better. That neighborhood sucks. But the service was amazing the front desk was super helpful haven't checked in and there were no troubles throughout the night.

Friendly staff. Clean spacious room and comfy beds. Fair price. Normal continental breakfast. Quiet. A good little hotel. Not the best part of Spokane but we didn't feel unsafe.

Positive: Nothing. I will never stay at this hotel again. Negative: Checking in with someone on a screen who was difficult to understand. I would much rather face to face contact with someone. The stairs were difficult to navigate with luggage. I did not feel the location was safe or clean.
