I've never had a problem with Hove Gmc until recently. I have been taking my truck there for over 5 yrs now. Recently took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. My son drove my truck hm and it was parked in my driveway until yesterday. While my son was up the street, he called me and said mom the truck is making a weird noise and shaking. Told him to pick me up we drove it down the street then straight to goodyear. What the problem was the lug nuts were not tighten. All 4 tires were loose. Front tire was about to fall off according to the workers at goodyear. I called service dept at hove gmc and all I got was oh ok. Not one ounce of concern. My son could've been in an accident. It could've ended badly. I take my truck there bc I would thing that I would get the best service due to it being a dealership. They way I was just blown off by them makes me never want to go there ever again. The level of not being concerned that you allowed my truck to be driven off your property in that condition is unbelievable.

I can't say enough about this amazing place and the staff. I worked with Beau to buy my new GMC Yukon. He went above and beyond with service. He had all my paperwork ready when we went to pick up my vehicle and we were out the door in 40 minutes!! I also asked him if he would put on new Michelin tires before I got there and he jumped right on it, and sent me photos. It was no a haggle experience and I got a good deal for my trade in. Definitely my new go to place the next time I am looking for a new vehicle.

Found the car/Rusty on a listing from Facebook marketplace and after “talking” back and forth over a couple days we agreed on a price that was a great deal on a great Armada.

When we got to the dealership and drove the truck it needed a slight alignment. In 10 minutes they had it in the shop and 20 minutes later it was aligned. We drove 2.5 hours to see the car and it was worth it.
