I live right behind a section 8 apt building. The residents are so noisy all day long. Either screaming or playing loud music. Ironically, the neighborhood is quiet. It is only them who makes the place so terrible. I wish housing authority could really do something about it.

I been living in housing for about 3 years, its always been hard to get in contact with them. I have called, I have emailed. Went in person wont help , saying I have to call but they never answer. I dont know what to do, but they quick to send court notice to kick you out. I send all my paper to my case worker like 2 months ago she hasnt done anything. Like come on now. I get yall busy but that busy? Sound like yall cant do your job right. I got screenshots and email receipts that yall dont reply! And that I have sent my documents over.

Just try and pray you get out from behind the computer. These people don't care about you. I have protection orders against Elizabeth court apartments and fear for the safety of my service dog also under court protection .My dog and I have had very serious threats made against our well being. Intimidation does not go well with me. These people are cowards and hide behind their intimidating actions.

If I could give minus 1billion stars I would. The corruption from your worker Rhonda Will is disgusting. To have a man arrested for recording your tyrancy is perfectly legal. Can't handle your corruption being brought into line light stop abusing your power! Also why wasn't this imbreed arrested, Rhonda Hagg or sorry Will recorded also. Shouldnt she be arrested for wiretaping? I sure hope this man's cleans house with lawsuits against you, the police station, and the Washington County. In addition you took away his right to communicate through a phone. Disgusting little beings you are. At least YouTube shows the world your tyrant ways.

Ms Hooper is awesome and very professional. However there is a employee there that has a relative that works for the city of Hagerstown code enforcement and they will share personal information about your case etc without your consent.

Haven’t been able to get a person on the phone in over three years. It’s just been a never ending loop of unanswered voicemails and emails. I honestly wonder what these people do all day.

I am so thankful for all of their help ! They helped me become independent and completely changed my life for the better. I feel so blessed to have received their assistance. I will never be able to thank them enough. All of the people at HHA that continue to help me are so warm and friendly and they genuinely care about your wellbeing.
