Room was mostly clean. The carpet needs more cleaning. Everything else was basic, but that is fine and reflects in the price. Outside the room definitely requires attention. Lot of garbage in common area between buildings 5 and 6. Ask for room in bldg 1, 2 or 3

This hotel has declined dramatically since my family and I used to visit regularly. My son, who has autism, enjoys the pool, which initially prompted us to return. Previously, it was a Quality Inn and was clean; however, now it has become infested with roaches and bedbugs and has a strong mildew smell—it's absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, there are addicts smoking weed in the parking lot, creating an unsafe and dirty environment. I cannot comprehend how the city has not taken action to shut this place down.

During our last stay, my daughter woke up with bedbug bites. When I reported this to the staff, they refused to issue a refund and showed no remorse after seeing her arms and back covered in bites. This lack of accountability is completely intolerable. As a result of this terrible experience, they have lost my family's business for good.

Got into town a bit late, but reserved and paid for my room in advance online. Showed up at the hotel only to find a few signs saying "lobby closed, use window" . I walk up to the window and there's no one around, just another sign saying "back in 10 minutes, restroom". I've been standing at the window for a few hours and still no sign of anyone on staff. A couple other guests showed up, asked if anyone was there yet, and shook their head in disappointment and left. This is unacceptable especially for a 3 star hotel. I was unable to check in for 1 of 2 nights that I had paid for because there wasn't anyone on staff at the front desk. Plus, there's a $100 deposit that is expected when checking in that wasn't mentioned when I paid for my room. Unbelievable!

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Negative: The rooms were very outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet was extremely dirty and we couldn?t walk on it barefoot. Both the hot in and laundry were out of order despite being told they were up and running.

This place advertised for having refrigerators, "FALSE ADVERTISMENTS" i had to change 4 rooms in 1 hr because either t.v. didn't work, or smelled like mildew/cigarettes, or was missing fire alarm, holes in the bathtub, and roaches and spiders I. The room exposed wires for the elevator. I had booked it for 5 nights, and I booked out of there in a few hours later. But 1 thing I can say is the front staff was excellent and patient. If it wasn't for them, I would have made negative stars. The owner needs to have the room modernized and not the goodwill free furniture. And housekeeping needs to do a better job.

We booked a room and expected at 3 star hotel but it was definitely a 1 star motel. First walkthrough we found roaches in bathroom, dirty walls, stains on bedspread, smelled musty. We got switched to another room and found another roach, but at least this room didn’t smell as bad. We left for several hours one day and came back to our door open. It wasn’t wide open but I was able to just push the door open. All of our belongings were luckily still there. The hotel’s excuse was that it was probably cleaning staff even though we had the privacy sign up for no service. Would never book again.

The hotel itself is good the staff are nice but there’s roaches in the hotel. When I just got here and I used the restroom there was about two of them which makes me feel uncomfortable of how they take care of this hotel.
