Loud, sketchy and an eye-sore. Drug users openly getting high. The front door bottom corner looks like someone tried kicking the door down. Everyone watches you and your car when checking in. Not safe

When we arrived, there was one working elevator and a line that took 35 minutes to get to. By the time we left the next day there were no working elevators and we were on the 16th floor. No notifications, just walk down 16 flights of stairs and get out before check-out time.

A/C wasn't working as well and power was missing for 1/2 of the room. Do not be fooled by the Rebranding, this is the old hooters hotel and old is the word. Everything about it was dilapidated and worn out even beyond elevators and A/C.

You get what you pay for, but in this case a lot less.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful. You can tell they remodeled the place and changed the name. The type of clientele they have on premises have destroyed the rooms already. You can tell when first remodeled it was beautiful. The tub was not usable. The furniture was about to be on its last leg. Had we not been so tired we would have found other accommodations. Thankful we had sheets and blankets to cover their given linen. Bed was comfortable still and seemed new.

First thing was pool dirty not open for use they need to remove it from the internet as saying they have a pool.
Lot of cigarette burns in old sink and on bath tub for a none smoking room. Bath tub was dirty.
The room smelt funny and a funny smell from neighboring room when we asked someone they told us it was marijuana. Not good as we wije to the reak of it at 7am this morning as well.
The floor was dirty.
Microwave is a fire hazard it's rusty inside.
The owner owns 2 Mercedes Bends so you would think they could spend some money on maintaining the rooms and pool. No apologies for not being e to use the pool.

This is definitely a MOTEL not a hotel. Our room looked nothing like the pictures they have online. The 'non-smoking' room reeked of cigarette smoke, the floors were sticky, and the towels had black streak marks on them. Literally had to go buy cleaning supplies just to feel slightly comfortable in this room. The sheets, pillow cases, and chair also had stains on them. The shower still had hair in it when we arrived. Overall not a comfortable stay, my suggestion is to find somewhere else.

This was a horrible hotel experience. Do not recommend at all ! Unsafe environment . Room was disgusting and reeked of smoke . The walls , towels & tables had old dried up red stuff that looked like blood along with dirt stains . The electricity outlets in most of the room did not work. The toilet was leaking water onto the bathroom floor . Cracks and broken items everywhere. Did not look like advertisment at all .

Absolutely Terrible dead roaches. Dirty tub. You get bit by something and if you don't report it in 20 minutes they keep your money. The worst experience EVER. They run Red roof as well and I enjoyed my stay there. But I'll NEVER come to OYO ever again. The lady was nicer when she was at red roof. But she tried to say o was the cause of the dirty restroom until she sent it herself. Is there a health board I can call? And very upset didn't get a refund. I would give this hotel zero stars if that was allowed. This place was horrible. I just needed somewhere to rest my head for one night while traveling through. When I pulled up there was a man selling drugs in the parking lot the sheriff drove through and recommended that I leave. I thought I would go check out the room just in case. The room looks nothing like the photos. Part of the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom there was what looked to be blood and poop on the wall cigarette burns and all of the bedding. The towels were no longer white. I ended up walking away and finding a different hotel room somewhere else. Total waste of money.
