Room was cute and pretty ok kept. There was a strange smell in the closet and the lay out of the bathroom need an upgrade I never made it I no time for the free ipa I was offered every time but out of all the things I appreciate the most is how the manager started arguing with me over an issue I was only informed was happening 5 minutes from waking up cuz the night before was unbelievable recked and surprised it went well until I got charged $300 dollars in fees and expenses apart from the room itself. But good thing since I’m banned I can’t call customer or a manger to talk about how unlawfully got my bank account overdrafted to -$73 and officially re-entered my homeless chapter of life. 👍

Super home grown and intimate hotel nestled in the heart of downtown Portland. I am so glad I found this gem to stay for a few nights. Conveniently located, clean and hip vibe. Loved it and would return with my family. Great access to shopping / eating.

Amazing spot in the perfect location. Right in the middle of portland, with easy parking and good access to all of portland and beyond. Ealking distance to many eateries, as well as powells city of books. Staff was super helpful, and the rooms were really nice

The amenities that the hotel provides allows you to embrace Portlandian culture at its finest. From the morning coffee, to the evening happy hours and bike rentals allowing you to explore, Hotel Lucia is THE spot. We will be back, stay weird.

No daily housekeeping so room, garbage and dirty towels pile up unless you ask the desk. They add an amenity charge every day of $29 which is just a rip off as we used none of those amenities. The staff is very nice, very pleasant to deal with, but again that daily amenity charge was not refunded which it should have been. And no toilet paper in the room when we arrived and no tissues.

Words, can't describe. But I will try. From the upgrade for my birthday, to the amenities and daily functions, best hotel experience, hands down. Including location, to great food nearby, 10/10. Just know that Bri and Philip will take care of you....

I've been visiting Portland semi regularly since 2009. This is my new favorite hotel. What a vibe! Good safe parking garage across the street under the Union Bank building as well.

Nice central location to travel to various locations around the PDX metro.
