Seasoned traveler here. This hotel is essentially a multi floor motel. Don’t be fooled by the nice photos. Room style looks modern, but everything is old. Walls are paper thin (you can hear everything from next door as if it were in your room, literally) toilet bowl had a ring, things look and feel “dirty”.
Not the worst hotel, but should be priced at around $98 per night, maximum.

Rooms are spacious but that’s about all it’s got goin for this place. Bed was just ok, but very wobbly and creaky. Shower had hair on the wall so I had doubts that they even cleaned it. TV was way too dim and we tried every way imaginable to change the settings, but no luck. Went for breakfast, and there was nothing there. Not sure if we were supposed to ask, but that’s usually not the case. Upon checkout, we call for late check out ($30 extra) and then homie wouldn’t stop knocking on our door about going to the desk to get the late check out. Like relax bro. Cherry on top? Still waiting on our deposit and we called and the answer given was if it’s not back within 2-3 business days, it will be eventually. 10/10 would NOT stay again.

Just spoke with Paul, front desk manager. Very rude person. He was unwilling to book group rooms because he didn’t want to overbook..! We travel to Tempe every year for an event and know it’s very busy during April, that’s why I’m trying to book in advance. Hope Ron contacts me about Paul’s unprofessionalism. #RUDE

Positive: Nothing, when you wake up and see the Sheriffs in the parking lot, and sketchy people walking all over the grounds at all hours, nothing real good to say. We did not feel safe here at all. Negative: Handicapped parking is lacking, handicap access is difficult, toilet paper was substituted for tissues, no room service, no working ice machine, no working laundry, no vending machines, no breakfast, had to pay a cash/credit damage deposit of $100.
