I recommended this hotel for my mom to stay while she helped move me in nearby after I had stayed recently. The customer service was next level. I love the wine tasting the hotel hosts everyday for their guests that allows them a good introduction to some local wines. Maria was running the wine tasting when I joined with my mom. She was very personable and did a great job explaining the wine options and provided some awesome local suggestions of things to do while in town. Julio at the front desk provided my mom with great service during her stay as well to ensure she had everything she needed. Taking the time to remember little tid bids about the guests really goes a long way. Highly recommend this hotel and all-star staff members.

The room is very modern and comfortable with fresh white linens, a sleek design with great lighting / ambience. It also had lots of nice amenities, from charging ports, the tv, the giant walk in shower, to the bath products, slippers, and nespresso coffee, etc. The hotel includes a fantastic rooftop bar lounge with water views with a great vibe as well as nice restaurants on site (13 coins for instance). The location is perfect - Right on the waterfront!

I traveled for work for 7 years and stayed at many IHG locations. This place was by far the best place I’ve stayed. From check in to check out, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The mood lighting, rooms, ambience of this place is unparalleled. They provide ear plugs as this is on a very busy downtown street but I found I didn’t need them. The view was beautiful. I don’t get away with husband very often, and this place made our little weekend get away very special. Thank you for such an amazing and restful weekend. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have been in lately and we travel often. |I have severe allergies/asthma, and can tell very quickly when a room is not clean.The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were very soft, smelled good, not like bleach(I hate trying to sleep at hotels with rough sheets that smell like bleach). The shampoo and conditioner made my hair look great. It was very noticeable that someone cares about this hotel and put a lot of thought into details that matter. We ate a very late dinner at 13 cents restaurant downstairs, very good food. I plan on staying here again next month and am looking forward to it!

This hotel was a pick for business travel and I was immediately blown away by how beautifully appointed it was, friendliness of the staff, speedy check in, and just how perfect location was. Housekeeping was on point and replenished amenities daily. Overall this was a very clean and well appointed hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and tasting rooms and the waterfront view was amazing. I will definitely be a return guest.

From the front desk to the valet staff, everyone who provided us service at The Hotel Indigo was fantastic. We really appreciated the the app we could use to call our car from the valet, so it was waiting for us. There is a 13 Coins and El Gaucho, along with a coffee shop right downstairs, and lots of eating and wine room choices within walking distance. The room was clean, and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Because this hotel is near some train tracks and there is construction not too far away, we thought the earplugs provided were a nice touch. Our only challenge was working the thermostat - the air was blowing all night, and it would have been nice to be able to turn it off. I suppose we could have called to ask but it was late, and we were quite tired. Overall, totally recommend this hotel!

The wife and I just stayed here again for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was again absolutely perfect! The hotel is gorgeous and spotless from top to bottom. The area it is located in is wonderful, and oh, the staff--the staff, are just fabulous. We were welcomed by name when we walked in, they recognized my Diamond elite status, gave us restuarant certificates and vouchers, and when we entered our room, there was complimentary bottles of water, bottles of iced tea, some snacks and candies, and a wonderful hand-written note welcoming us. Julio at the front desk called me that morning when our room was ready and said we could come check in early, and even asked about the room we had booked and suggested one with a better view, which we took for no extra charge. We have stayed here many times and it's like this every time. We highly recommend this property. Make sure you dine at the 13 Coins resturant on the main floor, you will be very satisfied there as well for all the same kind of reasons.

Really outstanding service and team for our event! We held a 3 day event at the hotel with over 40 guests. The entire staff was phenomenal to make sure it awards banquet went smoothly.

The catering was terrific, with the food from El Gouchos. The staff did an impeccable job delivering a white glove experience. They were also friendly and accommodating over the entire event
