Truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The building has a rich history, and you can feel it in the thoughtful renovation—they did a great job incorporating vintage details with modern design. The rooms are spacious and beautifully styled, and the walk-in shower was fantastic. I especially appreciated the cozy living room area—it made a great workspace.

The closet setup was a bit odd, as the hanging bar was in the wrong spot, so we weren’t able to hang clothes easily. But overall, everything else made up for it.

The location is perfect for exploring downtown Spokane and the riverfront. There’s a super cool bar right across the street called Garden Party, where you can sip creative cocktails surrounded by plants. A few doors down is a gem of a resale shop called Echo, plus a great coffee shop and bakery nearby. Bonus: parking is free on the street after 7pm!

Fabulous location, fabulous staff.

Great rooms, safe and secure. Comfortable styles and modern look. Walking in and working with the staff here I always felt that I was heard and valued and made a priority. Close proximity to good eats, great bars and businesses, make sure to make your way to the Riverfront Park for a great walk around the Spokane Falls and beautiful landscapes.

Thanks again, this will be my go to for my future stays for business and travel

Very clean and well kept hotel. We stayed just for a night while visiting friends, found it very close to everything in Spokane, and lots of places to eat or grab a drink close by. I would say less than 20 min from the airport. The service was wonderful from the host at the desk to the valet. The valet parking was def worth it for the cost. Would stay here again the next time we visit Spokane.

• Hotel Indigo Spokane Downtown offers exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and a convenient downtown location.

• Not to mention the restored historical building, comfortable beds, and the restaurant inside the hotel. All chefs are amazing and truly accommodating, especially Mark. Entire staff's customer service and attention to the small details, truly impeccable.

Rooms spacious and extremely comfortable.

The #1 and only hotel my family and I stay when having to visit Spokane. Whether 2x days or 2x weeks, definitely a non negotiatiable

Great place and very friendly staff. Wish there were mini fridges. Unfortunately, they haven't figured out how to run a coffee stand. They show up for work occasionally.

I think that the building is just off enough logistically that they can't support a full time bar and restaurant. We did eat and it was just ok.

We liked our room, the gym and again, the staff was great and very friendly.

We enjoyed the beautiful restoration of this historical building. It was very classy and a real treat to experience. Much different from the usual cookie cutter chain hotels. We will definitely stay here again. Beds were very comfortable and the service was extraordinary. Loved that the valet service was an option to avoid searching for parking. This added an extra sense of security.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They were incredibly dog-friendly, allowing us to check in early after a long drive and even offering treats for our dogs. The only minor issues were the thin walls, which let in some noise from neighboring rooms, and the lack of a dedicated area for dog relief. Despite these small drawbacks, the overall experience was delightful, and I appreciated the warm welcome for both me and my furry companions.

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, and the valet told us to check out each floor as each floor is a different decade. Best advice.
Renovated with absolute care. The decor is amazing. Room was clean, bed was a bit high for this girl - I am 5”6.
Staff was amazing!!!! Front desk girl (Nyla) was such an amazing person - main reason for the 4star review. She is definitely an asset to this hotel.
Why is it not a five star?
1. Trains run all day and at night.
2. No secure parking. There are A LOT of homeless people walking around and sleeping on the streets (was told never to park under the bridge) and we woke up several times to check on the car. Thank goodness our car was fine.
3. The temp control in the room was horrible and it was extremely dry. I went to sleep freezing then woke up sweating. Turned the heat Down and that didn’t work. Finally gave up when I woke up at 5am and the heat was still blasting. That was the end of my sleep and I REALLY wanted to sleep in. This ruined my sleep.
However, if there was secure parking, I would 100% come again and maybe get help with the thermostat.
