We've been to this hotel twice and both times delivered what we were expecting.

The staff is polite and friendly, it's very clean, the beds are comfortable, the shower has good pressure, the rooms are spacious, and very quiet. The location worked for what we needed and as well the restaurants available at the hotel and surroundings.

They've been upgrading the space on the waterfront for quite some time, so I am sure it will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy a good walk in the near future.

I would love to see the company and staff maintaining the good standards of this place. Even 2 years apart from our visit, they still delivered the same perfect service.

One feedback that I think would elevate the experience is to provide firmer pillows.

Thanks again for having us and providing such a pleasant stay! All the best...

One-night stay arriving late and leaving early. The room was comfortable with a decent mattress albeit floppy pillows, but it was clean. I also found my original room pretty loud, with kids running up and down the hall, so I went back down and asked the front desk attendant for a switch which was done without issue and was a lot quieter (appreciate it!). The room in which I stayed had a balcony overlooking the harbor, but it was raining that evening so I didn't go out on the balcony. This room was also pretty loud outside, not sure if that was from the harbor or from the building exhausts or something. The bedroom has mostly hard tiled floors but a small industrial-strength carpet footprint around the bed. ||The bathroom was fine, prefab shower was a little tight but functional. Zenology bath amenities were fine with large bottles bolted to the wall. The lights take a second to illuminate in the bathroom. There's a barn door separating the bathroom from the hallways, otherwise you look right out to the front door (and hallway) if it's not shut. ||The room fixtures are spartan: small desk, an external "closet" hanging rack with an ironing board, and a keurig coffeemaker in the room. Was nice to have a bathrobe for use.||The parking in front of the hotel was complimentary and that was appreciated.||I didn't get a chance to use the 24-hour gym due to an early call time! ||Overall, a good stay and I would stay again if on business.

I live in Spokane, but work most of the weeks in Seattle and I have been to probably seven different hotels in the Everett & Lynnwood area (in which I stay all week long there) and Jordan and her team at Hotel Indigo have given the best service I have ever had. Rooms are always clean. It’s quiet at night, the restaurant has Mario who is an amazing waiter. Food is great and Lori make it a pleasure first thing in the morning. |It’s located in a marina and the scenery is absolutely beautiful, especially at night when they have the boardwalk lights going. And the price is very comparable with hotels that are not on the water, very reasonable pricing. This hotel is great for business, family or anything else you need to get away for. Do yourself a favor and give Jordan and her team a call and book a room you will not be disappointed.||Thanks again, Jordan, see you in a couple weeks.

We love this hotel! Being down at the waterfront, it's a much safer area to stay than the rest of Everett and there are a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff, especially Emily and Sophia are amazing. They wrote a really nice birthday card and left some truffles in my grandma's room for her 95th birthday. We loved hanging out in the lounge with Alex! He's so nice and funny! The staff and location are top notch!

Hotel is excellent and pretty new. Service was great & the view and the room is overall a good deal. Nice place to stay with Fisherman Jacks right next door and the Hotel Bar is good too. I felt bad not leaving a tip for the housekeeper, but there was an empty condom wrapper left on the floor by my side of the bed that was obvious and if the bed was turned there was small blood stains on the sheets. The good news is that we didn't happen upon the condom itself.

My husband and I were staying the night for my birthday. This was the first time we'd been to Indigo Hotel and it was lovely. The area was nice and we took a walk around prior to having happy hour. Our cocktails were great but the crab artichoke dip was marvelous! We had dinner at a nearby restaurant we love. The night was fairly quiet. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable. We did ask for some caffeinated coffee pods. There were tea and decaf provided. We would have given excellent but we had a terrible view out our window. The heating or electrical was hidden behind a metal wall. Our room looked straight out on it. I was very disappointed as we didn't think the hotel capacity was full. For $180 I would've guessed we'd have a better view. We shut our blinds. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent the next morning and staff were all professional and friendly. We will be back!

The rooms do not have carpet, surprisingly this made such a difference in my stay. The room seems cleaner and more inviting. The staff made an effort to say hello every time I entered and left. The view is fantastic and the hotel is within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. I felt very safe walking along the pier, the lighting is perfect even at night. Did I mention the hotel is dog friendly?

While booking our suite I had indicated that we were coming for our wedding. We arrived a decent bit after 3 (which is what time the hotel had indicated for check in.) the suite was not ready and our wedding was set to start nearby in an hour. we expressed that we needed a place to at least change. We had expressed this to Jordy the concierge who suggested a few times that my now wife and I could use the hotel lobby bathroom. The maid of honor and I had to spell it out to him that this suggestion was vastly unacceptable and frankly quite rude. Jordy had finally called housekeeping to check in on the suite and the housekeeping lead happened to be just in the next room. She came out and suggested we be switched to a second floor suite which wasn’t exactly thrilling as I had hoped to be in a top floor suite with a balcony so that my wife and I could enjoy our first sunset overlooking the water together. Jordy had assured me the room was comparable and another concierge had even told me the suite was considered an “upgrade”. The suite was quite on par with a average room aside from it also having a small living area with a fridge. Not sure I even recall seeing a microwave. (Not that we needed one. The suite was also shy a bathtub as it was a room for people with disabilities. Overall the suite served its purpose for a room to change, gather and sleep but absolutely nothing spectacular. At the price point.
