This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed, love the gorgeous decor. Room is clean and spacious, the city view from the window really is a plus. Staff at the entrance, lobby, front desk, room service and hotel bar are super nice and helpful. I am glad I got the early check- in, late check- out and free bottled water as IHG Elite member. The only draw back is the TV in the room did not work well, some channels had no signals. Although the technician came right after I called the front desk, he was not able to fix the issue. The front desk did offer me to switch the room but I didn't see it necessary since watching TV is not my priority lol. Location is in Downtown LA, not impressed with the surroundings, definitely need to call Uber at night instead of walking around. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

I only stay at IHG hotels and this was my first time at a Hotel Indigo. The property is clean and decorated nicely. The front desk staff was not as friendly or helpful as other IHG Hotels. The staff was fairly young (mid twenties) and I couldn't tell if it was their age or the attitude but they were not very welcoming.

The resturant staff was very friendly and personable. The food is good and reasonably priced.

The hotel served it's purpose but if you are looking for superior front desk service, this hotel isn't it.

Boutique hotel vibe and the place was very clean. I got to stay in a mini suite. The room was very spacious, had a mini fridge and also had good sound proofing. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. I also enjoyed the burger from the restaurant. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I'm in Los Angeles.

DO NOT STAY HERE. the hotel attempted to scam us. We came home to find more than 1000$ of charges on my credit card after we had pre paid for everything thru Costco vacations. I immediately phoned and assured me all would be resolved in a week, but the charges continued. I phoned the hotel and emailed the hotel myself multiple times and was told it was an error as they charged us a “resort fee”. But this was supposed to be waived as Costco vacations client I was then told? Regardless, when we checked in we were NOT told about this, and that it came with daily water bottles as well as a bar credit of $10 daily. We never used any of the credits and never received water or amenities included, because no one ever told us about it! Eventually after many calls I was told that the hotel double charged us again for the room even though it was prepaid. Finally after more than 2 weeks I was able to get a refund. There was something suspicious going on, coupled with the fact that when we checked out the employee refused to give me a receipt, told me it would be emailed to me later, and then never received it.

Terrible experience, terrible service, would NOT stay here again. Avoid at all costs.

I addition to this, the rooms have tons of wear and tear and were not clean on check in. The valet parking is expensive for a hotel of this level, and it very slow. I often had to call 15-20 min before to get the car on time and multiple times, as they would not answer the phone.

Cool and funky. Clean, interior. The beds in the premium room was comfy with great quality sheets. Entire staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the easy walk to LA live and Crypto. Would definitely stay here again for business and pleasure.

Great hotel if you are going for events at the Peacock Theater and Crypto Arena. The rooms are spacious with a good view of the theater. Bartender on duty during my stay had excellent service and drinks. Will stay here again if we're visiting the same location.

The bed was very comfortable but the shower had next to no water pressure, and no hot water. It was on the lower side of warm for my entire stay. The staff does not seem approachable and just a bit off-beat. Even while talking to them, they continue their own conversation which removes the attention of my interaction with the staff. Not a fan, not what I'm used to from other hotels within the US or Canada.

Staff is very professional, personable. helpful, and goes above tge call of duty. I feel like the staff are apart of my extended family. I am amazed that out of the rhousands of people that visit this hotel the staff always remembers me everytime I pull up to the hotel. The food is excellent and the staff spoils me with their kindness. This classy hotel has the most beautiful lobby decorations. Truly a gem in LA and this staff are angels from Heaven.
