Filthy Hotel and Terrible Management!

The cleanliness of this hotel is absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, we noticed a shocking lack of hygiene. When we opened the sofa bed for our children, we were horrified to find the previous guest’s dirty sheets still in place, along with food crumbs! This is a clear sign of the housekeeping staff’s negligence.

But the worst was yet to come. The next morning, as we attempted to make a simple cup of coffee, we discovered a full-blown ant infestation swarming around the coffee machine and even inside the provided coffee cups. A disgusting sight that reveals a serious sanitary issue.

As if that weren’t enough, the insects were also crawling in the shower, turning what should have been a relaxing moment into a truly revolting experience. We immediately informed the hotel manager, expecting at least some concern or action, but to our astonishment, he showed complete indifference to the situation, making no effort to address the problem.

This establishment is in no condition to welcome guests given the appalling hygiene standards and the management’s utter disregard for basic cleanliness and customer well-being.

My stay at Hotel Centro was excellent! The hotel facilities were top-notch! I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant, where the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was modern with high-quality finishes, and the shower was GREAT (water pressure was good, easy to treat it like a steam shower).

The staff was the best I have encountered over years of traveling. The front desk was warm and friendly, housekeeping was prompt and thorough, and the restaurant staff was attentive. J.J., Julian, and Ryan are names I remember....I wish I remembered all of their names because I would tell management they all deserve a raise!

This hotel will stay on my short list when I am in the area.

If we could have given them 10 stars, we would have definitely. This was the BEST HOTEL by far. Quiet, safe, clean, customer service at the front desk was SPECTACULAR. This place should be 5 stars on Google WELL DESERVED....Came to celebrate my birthday and visit the Charles Schultz Museum as well as the beach but it was raining. Thank you Kimberly and Danette at the front desk for the special hospitality.

Hotel Centro offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we stepped into the lobby. The friendly and incredibly helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure a more than comfortable stay. The location is great! The hotel is just a short distance from Graton Casino, local breweries, and so many options nearby. Sonoma County, with its beautiful landscapes and attractions, is right at your doorstep, and San Francisco is easily accessible for those looking to explore the city. Whether for relaxation or adventure, Hotel Centro serves as a great base for your travels.

Fantastic stay! We were welcomed by Ayushi at the front desk, who happily held and returned our luggage after a long day of wine tours. When we arrived in our room, it was clean and comfy. The pillows were very comfortable and provided a great nights sleep! Krystle at the bar provided excellent service and made a great old fashioned. The IPA onion rings were also delicious! I would definitely stay here again - thank you to all the staff who made this experience wonderful.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Centro. I don't usually write reviews but the staff was so amazing I wanted to show them love -- my son lost his stuffed animal somewhere in the hotel and they went above and beyond to find it. He was very grateful (I was too!).

The room was great -- location couldn't be better! Really enjoyed my stay there!

Esava at the reception desk was most welcoming, considerate and informative. He is so personable and if I were in charge, would definitely offer him a raise or at the very least, a bonus!

The lobby area is very chic yet comfy. The warm fire, and great bar service set us up for a very chill evening after an active day of travel.

Absolutely Unacceptable Experience.

I booked Hotel Centro for 2 nights, and this has been, without question, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Upon checking in at 11 p.m., I found numerous ants crawling all over the bathroom floor of my room. It was late, and there were no other rooms available, so I was forced to endure a night in these deplorable conditions.

The following morning, I reported the issue to the front desk, and they offered to either clean the ants or change my room if a king bed became available. I agreed to the cleaning, hoping the situation would be resolved. However, when I returned to my room that evening, I was disgusted to find dead ants left scattered around the bathroom floor. Clearly, the staff sprayed for ants but didn't bother to clean up afterward, which is absolutely unacceptable.

As a Diamond member who has stayed at Hilton properties worldwide, I expected far better standards of cleanliness and service. This hotel's failure to meet even the most basic standard of cleanliness is beyond disappointing.

Hotel Centro has shown a complete lack of care for its guests, and I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and utterly below the standards I expect from Hilton.
