The beds are very comfortable. It is located perfectly for attending any sporting events. We were in town for a football game so it was very busy but the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar/restaurant had a good selection of food and beverages.

Simply beautiful rooms. Staff was amazing. Very upbeat atmosphere and completely updated. The location is great. Nice pool and plenty of room for relaxing. I couldn't believe how nice all the employees were. They were so nice and helpful. This place would have 10 stars if I could. Very clean, spacious rooms with great amenities.

Super central location and nice property. Staff very friendly perfect choice when visiting my son at UA. Great spot next to church too! Made it easy to go for early morning runs to start the day, and even has a swag shop for BAMA merch. Roll Tide!

This is an older hotel located on campus. Great location! Can't do any better than where it's located. The staff are always kind and helpful. It stays "full" and if you have an issue with the room, you may be stuck. This has happened to me a couple of times. These are small, older but updated rooms. For some, you are good to close the door to the bathroom they are so small. You don't have a thermostat to adjust how cool or warm you want. It's only a knob to say cooler or warmer. If you want a cold room, this setup is not going to meet that need. Again, great location and staff! Haven't eaten there to comment on the food. Rooms do have a mini fridge.

Stay here twice a year for work. For the price you can’t beat the hotel. Very well kept, clean, friendly staff. There are some issues in the bathroom like the shower, leaks water onto the floor and some other minor plumbing issues.

We had a lovely stay. The staff at this hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was really nice and full of character. The rooms were super clean and comfy. Location is conveniently located near popular attractions.

The pictures of the hotel rooms are completely misleading. The room we stayed in was tiny and very dated with beat up furniture and poor cleaning. The bathroom was the worst — terrible shower flow, no way to stop the water leaking from under the shower door, less than an inch between the toilet and the bathroom door, and concerning ceiling issues. It also doesn’t feel nearly as central to campus as marketed. For the price, there are way better options that are just a little farther away from campus.

Positive: Location and cleanliness, the bell captain was very helpful, most of the desk staff were nice and helpful. Negative: One Elevator working. Not enough electric plugs or chargers in room, not enough carts, no late checkout available, no full length mirror, no closet doors, not enough light in room. Hard to get more towels from housekeeping.
