I am a happy customer with the Blue Top Inn in Steven's point, WI . Grateful for the cleanliness of the rooms and fresh bedspread, the amenities of microwave, electric fireplace, and refridgerator. I appreciate the service of the Wifi and television, the family owned service makes you feel right at home and safe. The coffee bar in the morning was a great touch to take advantage of, and not to mention the price was fair .

Hotel manager is very prejudice. Tried telling us powdered donut was drugs…we had 2 rooms where the bed sheets had burn holes in them. Not to mention there was no heat so we had to freeze. Constant music being played people in and out at all hours of the night doing who knows what. I would not suggest paying more than 20$ a night at this low grade motel.

The “security guard” stares at woman with a very creepy demeanor..EVERY room was absolutely disgusting and smelled. DO NOT STAY HERE there are other hotels that are cheaper and MUCH nicer. Accused us of having traffic when we literally didn’t have a single visitor, and even if we did is that a crime? This place should be shut down.

DO NOT STAY!!! Room was nasty! Dirty floors, dust on ever surface. Microwave and fridge not cleaned. Long black hairs all over the shower, I have short blonde hair. They keep your money ...Booked 2 nights, stayed only 1 night was out before checkout time. Still have yet to receive my back for 2nd night. Kids running around, and being loud.

The staff are all very kind and quick to help out when we we're in the need of something. They do also have complimentary morning freshly brewed coffee and snacks and soda. Other than that, they do have a nice sports pub in the same parking lot. Not very high classed. What you think a 2 to 3 star motel would be it's a little better than that. 😊They are in the middle of renovating rooms and they do have clean bedding and towels.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We mainly chose this place for the cheap price so we weren’t expecting much. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. You really get what you pay for and we knew that going in so we have no complaints about this place. Great for our short stay, would definitely book again if we need to come back into town.

Had to stay there for 7 years with poor maintenance, housekeeping, dealing with bedbugs, lots of time with no heat or air-conditioning, very poor management, getting treated poorly when we reported a problem and in our final years there getting threatened to be kicked out for letting other people staying there know about the bedbugs. Neighbors were always loud yet when our kids were occasionally loud we were hollered at. Overall I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at this place unless you want to feel like you're living in a third world country with the owner not caring about your comfort!!!

The staff are always friendly, and are willing to work with your specific situation. Would recommend to anyone interested in wallet-friendly accommodations. They are currently in the process of renovating the rooms, so there are some with carpet and some with vinyl hardwood flooring. Free toiletries are provided, as well as daily housekeeping offered.

been staying here little over two months now . The rooms are old but ok for a 2 star motel but the prices for a week are not bad . The Wifi never works and it's frustrating that you don't stay connected to the wifi due to too many guests using it .
