Stayed 1 night for business. There is a convenient coffee shop and restaurant attached that serve good food and drinks. The location is in walking distance to several other food options, including a Whole Foods.

I used the fitness center which is equipped with several machines and some mats and weights. Recommend adding a water station and a bottle of spray cleaner so guests can wipe machines and equipment off before/after each use.

Beds were comfortable and the rooms had a good heating system.

I stayed for 3 nights at this place recently, the location is close to multiple food points in the Bellevue , so a big advantage. The rooms are generally comfortable and clean. They offer water near the reception area and a plus point.
Key downsides of this place were: The furnishings have gone bit older for the hotel - elevator is very slow. The air conditioning in the room makes lot of noise , the bathroom exhaust system is extremely noisy as well. Also the help desk didn’t provide the room service to clean the rooms , change the towels during the stay.

I stayed at this hotel the night of the wind storm, from check in to check out the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, great location. Hotel was close to the freeway but you couldn’t hear the traffic which was nice. I would stay here again in the future.

I'd never been to Washington before but I was told Bellevue was a nice part of town so I was expecting more. We were there for a baptism and this placed served us well for one Saturday night but... I'd never stay here for a vacation. |Very dirty hotel room|I don't think they vacuumed - ever. |The sun came in when I moved the drapes and there was so much dust coming off the drapes! . |They are stingy with the pillows|They only give you two bath towels? Very odd. |The towels I have at home are nicer than these, which is odd. Normally hotel towels are nice. |The bathroom sink is in the weirdest place....immediately next to the door. Some photos' here show it...yep, that is accurate. Very odd. |You can't turn the bathroom fan on without the light on...so after showering at night I had to leave the light on so the fan could run...|The room is so small that if the desk chair is occupied the back of the chair almost touches the bed. |The room is very dark. The lighting is bad even for a hotel room. |There is absolutely zero countertop space and there is only one oddly placed outlet for your hair appliance. You have to pack up your toiletry kit every morning and night (I usually leave some of my items on the counter for the duration of my stay). |The hotel is old and in need of updating...there is a popcorn ceiling |The room was dirty and small. ||On the bright side - the front desk staff were very helpful and check in and check out were faster than I'd ever experienced. Parking was free and there was enough of it.

I chose Hotel 116 due to it's location, great reviews and decent price. I was having an eye surgery just 5 minutes away, there's an awesome coffee place - the Woods - right next door, the room was clean comfortable and modern, and the staff friendly and helpful. They made my experience enjoyable and I had a great sleep! The location, right off the highway, was convenient, yet surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend this hotel...as well as the Woods!

Excellent location in Bellevue within easy walking distance of multiple options for food, shopping, etc.
Remarkably friendly and helpful staff.
On-site restaurant with fantastic macadamia nut pancakes as well as Woods Coffee.
Room oddity- NOTHING to hang bath towels/hand towels/washcloth on in the bathroom or the main room- otherwise room was nice with AC/heater that worked and was quiet.

The location is perfect for a bussiness trip but no shuttle service for airport is little odd for first choice unless the bussiness is nearby. The distance between airport and the hotel might be the reason of no shuttle service though. The fare is fine but no breakfast is a disadvantage to think twice for another stay. Many hotels these days provide free continental breakfast to attract their old customers for another stay. The wifi is good to comment—connection is strong. Though said good location for bussiness trip, family stay also is recommendable as the space is good enough and others like gym, swimming pool, and others are attached for family leisure. Most of all, I got a good and helpful staff this time. As I have a schedule conflict for check-out time regarding my unfinished bussiness. They kindly extended grace period until my bussiness done. As an overall, staff service is the most that receive my positive comment.

Positive: there was really nothing that was good about the stay Negative: was not able to sleep in the room due to the smell of cat/dog pee. My husband had to sleep in our car for most the night due to the smell. We endded up having to by a candle so the smell was not as bad but made both us very ill.
