My family LOVES it here! This is our third trip to Hood River and our third stay at Hood River Suites. The location cannot be beat. They're walking distance to the cutest little town; good restaurants and shops. The suite itself was clean and had all the kitchen necessities we needed. The bed was super comfortable and our son slept on the sofa bed which was also comfortable. Also, Julie was quick to respond to a question I had and that was very appreciated. We already know we'll be back next June and maybe again before then!

Excellent place to stay! Clean, quiet, nice amenities like free washer dryers, fire pit and relax area outside and most importantly is the price. Great value for a nice place in Hood River which seems to be always be so expensive. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a nice place for a really good price.

This is absolutely the best place to stay in Hood River if you need a full kitchen or even if you don’t. Julie and her team including Sandy are the absolute best and always make our stay in HR the best it possibly can be. The WiFi is excellent. The beds are super comfortable. You have amazing views and it’s only a few blocks from downtown so you can walk and not have to find a parking spot. The laundry facilities are new, clean, and excellent. This is our home away from home whenever we are in town and Julie and her team make it feel like home too. We have spent every major holiday here, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. I can’t say enough great things about Hood River Suites. I recommend this place to everyone!! You cannot go wrong renting a place here!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic hosts and great place to stay for extended period of time. Thought the terrace and driveway were under construction the majority of our stay, it was still one of the best spots to stay. Great kitchen area and full 1 bed and bath.

The hotel was close enough to downtown Hood River that you were able to walk and take advantage of the classic feel of what the town has to offer.

First, I am not a person who normally writes reviews, so the fact that I feel compelled to now demonstrates how well deserved this one is. From the beginning, the owner Julie was incredibly responsive and helpful and managed to pull together a months long stay on short notice with cheerful efficiency, managing to erase all of my anxiety about a long trip in the pandemic era. But when I arrived, I was blown away. The apartment was showroom clean, even smelling faintly of lavender, and so warm and inviting that I instantly felt at home. And was provided with all of the necessities of home, from soap and paper towells to a full kitchen and warm table to enjoy meals from. Even the bed and sheets were abnormally comfortable. But add to that the fact that it is in the perfect location to enjoy and appreciate Hood River and the easy and relaxed feel of life there, I just couldn't believe my luck. Every type of food you can imagine is within walking distance. As well as local brewery pubs, art galleries and shops. And if you have to get supplies the grocery store and Walmart are literally a five minute drive away. All of this is within walking distance to the river itself, which cradles the town in a scenic natural embrace- a view I might add, that you can enjoy from both the couch and kitchen table in the upper level apartments. From the amazing cleaning staff to the owner Julie, whom I thank so much, you simply could not find a better place to stay in Hood River.

This place was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay. My only regret is that we were there for such a short period! Seriously, we were very impressed with the place. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable and had a very hometown vibe.

I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillows- as both the pillows and bed were perfect. Sheets were soft. Everything was clean and the furnished kitchen is incredibly convenient if you're staying more than a single night.

The internet was of sufficient speed to stream Netflix and handled multiple wireless devices without issue. I actually was very impressed with this, as guest networks at hotels (and the like) usually leave me sorely disappointed.

The location is superb-- walking distance from both two breweries and a pretty good pizza place. Entry into the location is convenient, especially if you're arriving late at night like we did.

The Hood River Suites will definitely be my choice when we're back for next year's Oregon Trail Rally!

Stayed for a few months while in town for work. Julie was great to work with and very friendly. Room was spotless and in great shape. Had a problem with the dishwasher, told her on Thursday and left for the weekend. She got the new dishwasher installed over the weekend and it even got loaded and ran.
