AMAZING customer service and a shout out to Ryan! He arranged an amazing daytime stay experience for my family who was very exhausted after days of travel. Fed them a hot breakfast, worked with our odd timing and made kids and family feel right at home. Could not have asked for a better experience. Positive: Affordable room to fit family of 2 adults and 4 children. Negative: Mattresses & pillows need major upgrade; all exceptionally smushy and offered little support. Air conditioning unit in the closet must've been for more than just our room, considering its unreasonable noise level. We didn't sleep well.

Updated Review: I am delighted to see both incidentals charges have been released so have increased my review to 4 stars overall and 5 for service which is well deserved. If I am ever in Portland again, I'll be sure to stay at the Homewood suites. Thank you to the staff for your welcoming stay, All three of us thought it was a delightful hotel. No need to bother my bank now, thank you.

Original review: A delightful stay was marred by a double incidentals charge on my credit card despite discussing this on a number of occasions with the duty staff. Upon check in, the duty manager noted that they had accidentally cancelled the incidentals transaction causing it to fail so a second incidentals transaction was made in good faith. The next day, both the incidentals transactions appeared on my statement. Discussing this with management was unsuccessful despite showing the duty manager the transactions in my banking app on two occasions. This experience detracted from what was otherwise a delightful stay. The facilities are extensive, very clean if ever so slightly slightly worn. I would be delighted to stay again in the spacious facility that is very family friendly with a pool, laundry and breakfast offered and very friendly staff. The free airport shuttle is much appreciated. There is no dinner facility on site but plenty of options close by with the Sidelines Sport bar highly recommended.

I'll be challenging this additional charge with my bank and expect to have the funds returned to me that way. A minor error has detracted from what would otherwise have been a 5 star review for service (4 star total).

The staff are some of the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever been around, the hotel is very clean and welcoming, and it is very close to the airport as well as other stores making it a convenient place to stay at. I will say police officers did come here a few times in the past couple days, i’m not sure why maybe a homeless person tried to come in or something but everything seemed fine so if anything happened they solved it quickly and made sure the hotel guests were safe. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely come back again.

Breakfast was awesome. While therewas no fruit, the meats and eggs were great. The room was fine and very quiet. Parking is no longer free, but front desk honored their app's free parking promise. Very close to the airport, definitely would stay here again

Positive: This is really a nice hotel. We had a whole bunch of family come in for the holiday and this was the perfect hotel. Negative: The only thing that I would change would be to possibly have a better breakfast. We did eat breakfast one morning and we ended up throwing it away because our potatoes looked like they were rotten. And our omelettes looked like a frozen patty.

I had a great stay at Homewood Suites near Portland Airport! The receptionist was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is also fantastic – just a short drive from the airport and close to many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!"
