Had a very good stay. When I first walked in I was greeted by the staff. The room was so clean & had everything in it. The king size bed in the suite was very comfortable & the whole room was just wonderful to me. A young lady named Brandie was very helpful. The only thing was I could stay a little longer. Sorry I took pics after my stay was over.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff go above and beyond and are always friendly. The rooms are cozy and clean. Not only is there free warm breakfast but the lobby typically has complimentary cookies as well! I would 100% stay here again.

UPDATE: More lies! Reply from owner is a joke. Search the reviews, people have been complaining about this for years! They have no intentions of changing anything. PRO TIP - Ask for a room with the small cockroaches, they aren't as scary as the big ones.

Made last minute reservations when I came into town and was so glad I did. The overall stay exceeded all my expectations and the hotel staff customer service was exceptional . So much so, I extended and stayed another night, rather than even looking to go anywhere else. All the staff were great, but I would be remiss not individually recognizing the very much appreciated hospitality and the incredible level of service and professionalism provided by Anthony. I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in town and would recommend anyone needing a great place to stay, stay here and tell my man Anthony hi. Super cool guy.

I've spent a lot of time at this hotel this summer, and the rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The kitchette is a very nice feature, with a full-size refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. I do wish they had a few more cooking utensils, but I make do with what's there. The kitchen knife they supply is often extremely dull, but I carry a sharpener anyway, so it's not a big deal. The beds are comfortable, and the showers generally have decent pressure. My biggest complaint is the breakfast. It's almost always the same thing day after day: what I suspect is powdered eggs, sausage patties, and potatoes. Every so often, there are omelets and maple sausage bites, but not once have I seen bacon. The orange juice is more often than not just orange colored water. The fruit available is usually just red delicious apples. Occasionally, if you're lucky, there will be a banana. But over all, I do enjoy staying here, and my complaints are actually quite minimal, and I appreciate that there is things like utensils and breakfast available.

Hopefully this hotel will get better, but right now it is not a good quality hotel. I expect better from the Homewood suites brand.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so this may not be relevant for long, but I will describe the current hotel state.

First, the rooms are actually huge so I can't complain about that. Everything in the room is old. Only one of the two AC units worked in my room, but that was sufficient. There is a stove but no oven. The bed is actually quite comfortable, but the kitchen chairs aren't. The bathroom is definitely where the room shows it's age. The shower is small, and the shower head doesn't properly take all the water from the tub faucet. Also I've had some issues getting hot water which is quite annoying and not acceptable for any hotel. All the flooring is old, the kitchen floor is cheap fake 'wood' and the carpet in the room is dated and not particularly nice.

The breakfast here is pretty awful to be completely frank. I just got back from a stay at a Best Western economy brand hotel and it had a significantly better breakfast. There is nowhere to fill my water bottle, just a lukewarm water fountain... It's 2024, get a water bottle filling station please.

My final gripe with this hotel is that there is a lack of parking. I had a hard time finding parking the first few days I was here and then it seemingly emptied out and there was plenty of parking.

I booked a room at this hotel November 27th to 29th of 2024 to celebrate my grandbaby 16th birthday upon booking the room there was no indication they were under construction the rooms were dated from the pictures that was on the website and on top of that they charged me $165 stating that me and my grandkids trash the room and they wouldn't show me proof of the damages are the trash to the room I am disputing the charges and I'm taking action and I'm still in the process; add to respond to the issues at the front desk was because you guys didn't notify people booking rooms you were under construction then you charge me for damages that you didn't even show me proof of the damages I was accused of but that's okay I would never stay there again and once I get through with my dispute and get my money back I'm going to tell a lot of family and friends I know never to book from you guys poor customer service very rude and disrespectful staff and I'm kind of wondering is it because I'm African-American
