This is ALWAYS a favorite stay here @ Homewood Suites.😍With Camille & Cristina @ the helm…. ALL IS PERFECT! ❤️My room is clean EVERY-TIME & the entire hotel is wonderful! Try to arrive for Wednesday night Managers reception 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Warm buffet breakfast every morning.

This hotel will nickel and dime you. They charge $20 per night for parking and a $1 service fee each day for using their app to pay. What’s the service fee for.

Internet isn’t included. They charge $4.95 per guest per day.

The hotel is clean and quite nice and comfortable, but the feeling of being nickel and dimed really leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

This is incredibly poor customer service and doesn’t make the customer feel welcomed. Just add these charges to the price of a highly stay, but these up charges for things that should be included are absurd.

Shame on you Hilton.

I’ve been staying at this hotel
For 6 years; the company I work for is headquartered in the area so I generally come for 1-2 weeks at a time. We send all of our new hires to this hotel for their 2 weeks of training every quarter. Over the years I’ve seen the quality and cleanliness decline but have never made much fuss about it as the staff was generally very friendly and the convenience to my office made it worth it.

However, tonight I had a very scary experience. I was in The laundry room and a staff member came in, at first he was very helpful with a malfunctioning washer but once we got the machine working, he cornered me, blocking the door, asking for my name and phone number. I told
him my name but told him no when he repeatedly asked for my number. After asking 3 times and me declining, he shoved his phone in my face. I entered a fake number, moved him out of the way so I could exit the room and got out as quickly as I possibly could. He then called the number on speaker phone and realized it was fake. He called after me as I walked down the hall and was visibly upset.

I immediately went to the front desk to report this as I felt it was not only inappropriate but made me extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. They told me they would report it to his manager.

After returning to my room and dead bolting my lock, I started to think about him having access to my personal information but, even more scary, access to me and my room. I returned to the front desk and told them I wanted to checkout. They were very accommodating and informed me that this was a newly contracted employee but today would be his last day due to this incident.

If this had been a restaurant, grocery story or gas station, I would have brushed this off as a creepy and aggressive experience but being that this is a hotel, where guests should feel safe, I couldn’t brush off this encounter.

I appreciate that the hotel made every effort to accommodate my request to cancel and handled the situation, but I feel they need to do a more thorough job vetting their employees and setting rules and policies to avoid harassment and aggression with guests. This interaction should have never happened.

I won’t be returning to this hotel and will be asking my company to rethink their corporate agreement as I don’t feel safe offering this hotel to the other female employees.

Stayed here numerous times. One of the best options in Aliso Viejo, location is close to the town center and easy connectivity to highways. Amble parking spots and good complimentary breakfast offered

Traveled for work to this hotel. The room was great and the spacious. It had most of what I needed. I was only a little disappointed that the dishes had leftover food on them. This could have just been an easily overlooked mistake. Otherwise my stay was great. Breakfast was served and had plenty of options everyday and was replenished regularly. I want to give a special shout out to the front desk manager Celina for providing amazing customer service and helping out my wife and friends out so patiently. The neighborhood was amazing and highly recommend this for anyone's next visit.

Previously had decent experiences here but after the recent stay i will not be coming back.

My hotel phone was rung at 6:30 in the morning waking me after trying to sleep in from jet lag. Hotel staff were unapologetic and couldn’t offer any explanation why my phone was called.

In my final night i had a noisy neighbor who had rather loud and unpleasant conversation over the phone, tried to reach out to staff to have the situation remedied. No response from staff.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We only stayed our last night of our trip and were bummed we didn't stay the whole time! Only down side was the keys weren't working for the rooms the whole time, but they were great at the front desk in the middle of dealing with all of that.
Location is awesome, too!

The room was immaculate and spacious. We had a two-room suite. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it had all the basics-- large fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, plates, cups, etc. The pool and hot tub were very nice, The full breakfast was the best included hotel breakfast I've ever had. Many hot dishes as well as beautiful fresh fruit, chia seed pudding, and overnight oats.
