I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was for the money it was $250 for the 3-day 2 night stay. The lady at the front desk
Was very nice, and let me check in early and even gave me an upgraded room. The room was a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living room, a nice bathroom, and the unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It was located conveniently close to nice restaurants and Target. I did have a hard time finding the hotel, but that was the fault of me and my GPS . Would definitely stay there again..

Stayed 8 consecutive nights in March 2025, it wasn’t bad, but it really wasn’t good either.🤷🏻‍♂️
Why? The website and signage in the room said parking was $12/night, but upon checkout we were charged $15/night. I went back in and they refunded the difference. The room featured a dark, dimly lit restroom that shared space with a dark, dimly lit shower, especially once you pulled the shower curtains shut. The sink only has enough counter space for minimal hygiene products and just feels inconvenient. Heat & Air was fine, kitchen area was fine, but had minimal cutlery. There was one spoon.

Laundry room: 4-Washers & 3-Dryers available. However only 1-Dryer worked with 3-Washers, causing a literal backup up wet clothing resting in 3-washers waiting to be transferred to the one working dryer.🤷🏻‍♂️ There’s no reason for 3 broken dryers and a broken washer. I’m sure they’d do their best to claim all 4 broken machines failed on the same day, during the same hour, but what do I know?🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m just an 8 consecutive night guest with a family of three that spent 2 nights of my stay at a Maytag Laundromat because this location had inadequate facilities.🤷🏻‍♂️

We chose this place because one of the photos featured an indoor pool and hot tub that we anticipated. We went down to enjoy the hot tub, it had been filled in and no longer existed.🤷🏻‍♂️ Not sure why they think hosting photos of a non-existent hot tub is helpful, but we chose to stay here because of the hot tub and proximity to Edmonds, WA area.

Again, not the worst by any stretch, but did stand some room for improvement too.

Wonderful experience. We had a King Suite on the 5th floor. It was awesome! I felt like we were in an apartment that has that homey feeling to it. The bed was comfortable and huge! The shower was hands down one the best I ever had! The rooms are quiet and peaceful (just what I needed at the time). Every day, they have a continental breakfast with coffee served all day. If I am in need of a personal getaway in the future, this is where I'd like to spend it! One thing to mention, if you're not used to Lynnwood streets, it can be a little tricky to get here but with the help of Google, you should be OK.🐾

My daughters and I stayed for a long weekend during their renovation. My recommendation is to wait until it’s done! Our room was lovely as that floor is complete. But once you step onto the elevator it’s a whole other story. There’s construction dirt and debris almost everywhere. The pool area was no exception. We arrived on a Friday and the pool area was filthy. Old clothes, dirty towels everywhere, hair, and the construction filth. I politely asked the front desk is it could be cleaned and she mentioned they came the next day. I opted to just clean it myself and figured it would be done the next day. By our last swim Sunday night, nothing had changed. Same dirt, same piles of towels 🫣 I totally get that construction isn’t a clean process but it came across as just not caring. How do you not clean a pool area over the course of 3 days?

The next filthiest area was the laundry area. It would take maybe 5 minutes to vacuum large piles of lint and give the machines a quick wipe…again not done over the three days I used the laundry area 🤷🏼‍♀️

I would also recommend that they remove pictures off their website that no longer apply. When researching places to stay it showed a beautiful breakfast buffet area and sitting area to enjoy meals. Due to the construction that is all closed. Again, I get renovation comes with aches and pains but to book a place based on pictures, which is all we have to go by, and then arrive and it’s all gone is a bummer. The stay just starts with disappointment!

The staff we encountered were lovely and the renovation team were always accommodating if we needed to walk across floor glue or navigate a renovated area.

Not impressed this stay.

They took out the hot tub which is 50% why I booked. The pictures also still clearly show the old hot tub. Not great. Also raised concerns about the HVAC in the pool room (way too cold) and was met with blank stares.

Managers reception (now "happy hour") has been reduced to once-per-week.

Really bummed because Homewood used to represent exceptional value for traveling families. This experience wasn't that.

Good hotel overall. Friendly staff. All i need it a good shower and a good bed. This place exceeds expectations. I saw a pool table room also. Kids and adults having fun. I had room 315 this trip. See pictures. I tried to pick my room on the Hilton app, but when I arrived, it was available. I blame the app. Not that big of a deal.

Positive: Pretty good breakfast. Rooms were clean and good sized. Staff was friendly Negative: Ice machine didn't work. 2 of the 3 dryers didn't work. No bacon for breakfast. Had an item go missing from our room.

The rooms are huge, especially for the price. I was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean and pretty. There's a weight room, a lounging area, I believe an office area, and an outdoor patio with fire pit and chairs. They are doing renovations currently, but other than the pool being closed until, I believe end of December, there's not much that either gets in the guests way, or is loud and causes a ruckus or anything.
