Mac was very helpful when we checked in and he answers all my questions no matter how dumb I think they are. Mac, Jenn, Brianne and Kasey are very sweet and nice. The housekeeper Alexandria is very sweet and kind. Everyone that we have encountered are very professional and kind. We feel very safe here compared to the other motel that we were at for 9 months. We have a non-smoking room and our room always smells like cigarette smoke and Marijuana and you can smell what other people are cooking. That's the only thing that bothers us. We are very happy here. It's not noisy like the other motel we were at. I just wish people would pick up their dogs poop. This is a very nice place to stay. Love the hard wood floors. Wish the kitchenette was a little bigger and wish there were more cable channels.

Our room smelled very bad like it was an old smoking room. Walls were dirty and grounds were full of pet poop. Don't park buy the grass and even watch you step in the parking lot. It was in a good location with food and bowling in walking distance. Also had hot showers so you can clean yourself but the room is dirty.

Prepaid for the room online, but upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional $100, which seemed as though they were trying to scam us(we ended up not having to pay due to everything already being paid for online. Watch out). The lack of clear signage made navigation to the office and elevators challenging. Notably, there was a significant police presence and an abundance of suspicious individuals in the area. The online images of the rooms appear to have been altered to present a more favorable impression than the actual accommodations. Upon entering the bathroom, we found hair in the shower, which had not been used. The origin of the red stains on the curtains, walls, and ceiling was unclear, and it was concerning to consider the possibility of blood. Furthermore, the floors were sticky, and the air units seemed to be dispersing black specks, which settled on the bed and floor. Incredibly LOUD and sleepless night. Overall, we would advise against staying here, rating it 2 out of 10 as NOT RECOMMENDED.

We booked in advance, didn't have too many issues on that side, but cigarette odor was an issue when we got into our rooms, and we wound up having to cancel and process refunds. The manager wasn't there at the time to do so, but while we were outside trying to contact different hotels/ customer service, she arrived and was very determined to settle the issue. We wound up getting both refunds processed or processing that night. Jennifer is definitely putting in the work to make QOL better as much as she can and we saw that.

Upon entering the parking lot the outside is clean and not run down. The parking lot is well lit at night. The signage to find this place stands out from the road so it's not hard to find. The lobby is clean and well kept. The staff behind the desk have always been pleasant and helpful. The rooms are outdoor entrance rooms. The stairwells to the rooms needed some love last time I was there. They were dirty with trash and smelled not pleasant. I did not touch the rails that led upstairs. I don't believe there's an elevator. These are long term stays or extended stay rooms so the layout of the rooms are little different than a regular hotel room. I believe all the rooms have kitchenets. The rooms are clean as expected. (I worked as a housekeeper for years and I have a high standard for what clean is.) The surfaces were cleaned the bathroom had no hair the kitchen area clean overall it's fine but first thing I do is disinfect when I walked in. (I carry my own Lysol spray and bedding no matter what motel hotel I stay at) so I can't say anything bad about the place on level of clean. Overall it's fine
The biggest complaint I could say is there were a few guests staying that made me double check my car doors were locked but that could be expected from anywhere I suppose. The area of town isn't a bad area shopping and everything is all within reach.
I've stayed here 2x for work and well it didn't scare me off I went and stayed a second time. Its def a bit better in price than most hotels for extended stays.

Positive: Nothing Negative: I lasted 30 minutes in my room. phone system down so it took over 40 minutes to get checked in. quickly put the safety door latch on and then three men opened the door. They were given the same room less than 30 minutes later. I left feeling so unsafe.

This place is disgusting. I’m here for 14 nights and every night I have more things to say. To start, the rooms smell bad like old food and cigarettes. The bedsheets were stained. There is no kitchen supplies. The showers are gross. The hallways and elevator are gross. I found cigarette butts in my room. It’s loud at night. they dont clean your room like a normal hotel does. The floor is gross I can’t even walk barefoot. There’s grime on damn near every surface. Location isn’t too bad though

this is by far the best hotel you will stay at when it comes to cheaper prices especially. The management has completely turned the place around. It’s clean, there’s not nearly as many tweakers that get to stay there, no more drug dealing, etc etc.
the place is amazing and the new management completely turned it around and they are all very amazing and accommodating people!!!
STAY HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CHEAPER HOTELS!!!
