I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, but I won’t be returning. They’ve recently started charging $15 per night for self-parking, and the fee is per room, not per vehicle. What’s worse is that this new charge is not well advertised — no clear notice during booking or check-in.

The parking lot is neither secured nor a structure, making this feel like an unnecessary and greedy upcharge. Many nearby hotels still offer free parking, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointing move for a Hilton-branded property.

The breakfast is outstanding even not being full service as it has breakfast sandwiches you make and waffles. Rooms are roo.ie and you don't run out of soap with dispensers. I would suggest lighting the sidewalk in front of the hotel for people who park on the back side as it was really dark to walk to lobby. Overall a good experience.

Yes I've got to say is a very nice hotel upscale very large rooms they have kitchens with dishes and a dishwasher hot plate so to speak a newer type of hot plate Scott like a 3/4 fridge very large TV couches in the room rooms are separated from the little living room and the beds has a closet hanging rack to hang your clothes and also has plenty of counter space and cabinets to put all your stuff! Very impressed with the place! Very nice shower with several different sprays on the shower head so it's adjustable and a blow dryer in the bathroom 😁 beds are very comfortable maid services very good they come and change your sheets and towels and everything on a regular basis unlike some other places I've been to! They also have an outside sitting area with outside furniture that's very comfortable with fire pits that are gas powered and there's a few of them so there's always a place to sit by a fire pit! Might also add that they have two gas-powered grills that have always been available when I'm out there and are nice and clean! Not to mention that they have a heated swimming pool that's very clean as well! Another thing that is very notable is their breakfast of course that's free with several choices varying from pancakes or waffles that's a batter and you pour into a waffle maker or pancake cooker and make them fresh yourself, they also have egg and sausage McMuffins, or bagel egg sausage sandwiches, or you can also pick the croissant egg and bacon sandwich. There's also choices of a scrambled egg bowl that comes with vegetables and melted cheese on it, or you can opt for The Omelette with vegetables in it folded over with melted cheese in it. And if you're not into either of those, there are other choices such as hard-boiled eggs and or three different choices of cereal to pick from. There's also oatmeal or you can go for the yogurt and put granola and fruit on it. There's also fresh bananas and oranges to choose from as well. You have the choices of low-fat milk or fat-free milk and you also have a variety of four different kinds of juices to pick from. There's also premium coffee caffeinated and decaf or you could opt to have some tea instead. Now keep in mind that this is a free breakfast with the room and the many options that they have no matter how many people are in your party there seems to be something for everyone and I think that's saying a lot these days. There may be a couple other choices that I'm missing as well but however, you get the gist of it and I hope you and all your family if you have family with you get the chance to enjoy this wonderful place. Honestly, considering how nice it is and all they have to offer, the price is very affordable to say the least. They also have a small convenience store with sodas and other things that you can buy various items as well as having four different kinds of beer on tap that you can fill up yourself pints two of the choices being Modelo and 805 off the top my head I can't remember the other two they offer. I may add back onto this review when I get back up there on Monday for I will be staying there for the better part of 9 weeks while attending heavy equipment operator college! I hope this review makes it easier for any of you to make a decision when going up that direction but I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone from all walks of life!!! Update, so I've been here six weeks now and I'm going to be here for 3 more weeks and I really enjoyed my stay kind of bummed about having to go back home in a sense what I did figure out if they also serve dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday night free. Absolutely an added bonus it's nachos on Tuesday night from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Pizza on Wednesday nights 😁 if you're ever in the area this is an absolute must stay hotel absolute luxury even got a chance to hit their gym and free weights while doing laundry then hit the heated pool😉

Excellent stay! Great staff and service. Rooms are spacious and the outdoor amenities are awesome! Just be careful of your vehicle, especially if you ride a bike. There are some who look to break or steal from this area, so lock up!

This hotel was a blast to stay at! Everything was so clean the staff are very kind and professional. There is games and books to use in the lobby lounge area.

ROBBED OF $550 IN A 3 DAY PERIOD BY HILTON.

We are new Hilton Honors Members and what a horrible experience. I booked a stay at the Hilton San Bernardino in June. In November, within the timeframe to change, I asked to take off one night from my 3 night stay. The agent said she had to call the hotel to do it. She did, and then asked if I got my updated reservation. When I did, it was $200 more than the original 3 night stay!! I said, wait a second, that’s not right, no one even told me there would be a price difference. At that time, the agent said they were powerless to do anything. So I called the hotel, also powerless to do anything. So I said, ok, just change it back to the 3 nights since you didn’t ask for my permission before charging a new rate. At which time they said they couldn’t and I’d have to speak to management. Shady.

Meanwhile, my husband is on a business trip this week in CA, I advised him to stay at Hiltons so we could accumulate points since we are NEW members. He made a reservation at the Embassy Suites in Irvine CA. He specifically asked the agent about parking our truck and trailer. They said no problem, plenty of room. he shows up at the hotel, they tell him there is no room for the truck and trailer, and he couldn’t cancel the reservation. $350.

So far in 3 days Hilton has robbed us of $550. It’s really wrong and shady business practices, and we would like Hilton to refund us for the price difference on my stay and the night stay for my husband as well. I would be very wary of booking with Hilton and their customer service, we stay at a lot of hotels, and this is very shady.

Not sure why Ford drivers can't park. But it seems to be a common thing here. Maybe they have brain damage, hence why they are in a Ford, maybe. But idiots can't park. Other than that, it's been a pleasant stay

Stayed here Christmas night 2024. Perfect accommodations for a our family of 6. Lobby was clean, simple and spacious. Food was phenomenal, hotel was clean, staff was helpful.
