I was extremely dissatisfied by the service and how I was treated during my stay at Home2suite Roseville. I checked in your hotel on May 7 with a lady named Jenny who was your front desk staff.. I called the front desk and Jenny responded, when I was up in my room to request housekeeping services for the following day to give my 24 hour notice request to have my room serviced. I informed Jenny that I discovered ants on my bed and needed my linens to be changed. She assured me that housekeeping will be there tomorrow (May 8) to do the service. On May 8, I called the front desk and spoke with Jenny again to confirm that my room will be serviced today before I left the hotel. Once again, Jenny assured me that I was on the schedule and my room will be serviced. Later in the evening when I returned back to the hotel, I found my room NOT serviced at all! I called Jenny at the front desk and she told me she can do nothing about it, she was the only one working in the building and can not help me. I was furious and found this totally unacceptable! Per your hotel policy, housekeeping requests can be made to the front desk given 24 hour notice. I followed the policy and still no action was taken to make my stay comfortable. The room had no towels, toilet paper, paper towels, ran out of shampoo, body wash and had dirty linens with dead ants on it. I was very upset and left the hotel because Jenny couldn’t offer a new clean room or clean my existing room so my stay would be comfortable. I am very unhappy with the level of service provided by your front desk staff m, Jenny. She was very unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed by the type of employees that you hire to represent your brand!

Our family stayed here for about a week with our pets, and we are so glad we chose this hotel! Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were all fantastic. The pool is heated and had towels and floaty toys. Juliana was so nice and great with our kids! We had to extend our stay a couple times and she helped us by making sure we didn’t have to switch rooms. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there’s several restaurants nearby. There’s a small turf area outside the parking lot where we could take our dog to do his business. This was a perfect temporary home for us!

Great size rooms! Especially with dogs. Cost for dogs is per night. Large refrigerator. Room was a bit dirty with stains, but overall good. No real place for dogs to play or go potty. They have a very tiny area. Lots of planters around the property though. Breakfast is good.

The rooms were clean and they have a kitchenette. The beds had decent covers on them, not like the hotels where you basically just have sheets on you. The pillows were decent too. Not like the ones where you have to stack multiple to have any kind of pillow and even then they flatten out in the night..
They clean the room every other day, but all they did was make the bed. They didn't clean up the dirty mugs on the counter or in the bathroom. I had spilled some coffee on the counter and floor. I had cleaned up most of it, but there were still spots on the counter and floor and dirty paper towels from it in the sink, but they didn't clean that up. They didn't refill my coffee pods either. I was there 5 days. So, you would think that I could get more than just the 2 coffee pods, but they didn't refill them.
The breakfast is free. It is OK. There were a couple of days where they had cooked sausage, but the other days had plastic covered bowls with eggs and sausage that they just heat up in the microwave or something like that and serve. So, nothing fancy. They do have oatmeal, make your own waffles, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, and fruit too.
The front desk people were super nice and helpful.
The location is great. It's in a safe and nice area. There are quite a few restaurants and a shopping mall within 1/2 mile.

Great hotel and overall wonderful experience. The property was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing stay. I especially want to thank Linsey and her staff for going above and beyond by finding, packaging, and shipping us some items we accidentally left behind. Their excellent customer service truly made our visit memorable, and we are so grateful for their help. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay with fantastic staff!

The hotel is extremely well maintained. A budget hotel, but bright and cheerful and very clean and well taken care of.

The staff is, to a person and in every interaction, extremely nice and actually remembers each guest (I’ve seen them interact with numerous people and they knew everyone, even me, and it was my first tome staying there).

I didn’t remember that breakfast was included, which was a nice surprise. It is a very good breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches, a premade scramble and the option of fresh waffles, and obviously COFFEE.

Nice friendly place, wheelchair accessible. Free morning breakfast which was okay, toast, cereal, premade omelettes, waffles you make yourself, coffee, tea, hot coco, juices and some fruit, hard boiled eggs.
The rooms have a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, silverware, plates, and a sign that said if you would like a burner they would bring it to you with no charge.
We stayed here because it was close to Thunder Valley Casino and the rooms were less expensive.

Home2 Suites had a great room, and the staff was incredibly kind. I had a reservation issue caused by their customer service department, but the on-site team went above and beyond to help. Despite the initial problem, I'd definitely recommend it.
