We booked a single room with points and then found out that our daughter wanted to stay with us. When we arrived we asked if we could upgrade to a suite and the person at the checkin desk was happy to switch us to the larger room, no charge. Breakfast has improved since our last stay (more fresh options, waffle maker) and is still free. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Tifanie was great!--friendly, humerous, helpful. She helped us stay an extra two hours by gifting us one hour and charging us only $30 for the 2nd hour. The room was clean, big, comfortable--especially the work desk! The free breakfast was delicious and plentiful. If you could add fresh cut fruit (canteloupe, honeydew, water melon), that would be amazing! Or even just some oranges. Love the free coffee and hot water available 24 hours, and the wide selection of tea (lemon ginger--yeah!) and sweetners (stevia!). Would definitely stay here again.

Worst hotel experience ever! First, they gave me a room with a malfunctioning AC. When I complained they told me to sit tight until it was fixed. I requested a new room but was told they try to not do that! I complained and the manager provided new room. That room had a large hair in a supposedly clean towel. ||The next morning the breakfast was rubbery and unlike the quality of other Hiltons. That night as I exited the front of hotel at 9pm I was confronted by homeless person demanding money. Then when I finally requested cleaning the next morning, this supposedly pet friendly hotel that advertises as such, said they would not clean inside the room with a cat in a carrier. Their rule was to go anywhere with the carrier! That’s not pet friendly. After that I cut my trip short, left, and found a cleaner, safer Hotel that actually was pet friendly as advertised. This place is Motel 6 with Hilton prices. You’ve been warned, avoid !

We stayed at this hotel after being evacuated from a wildfire. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating given the fact that we didn't know how long we would have to reserve the room. They reassured us that we could check out whenever the evacuation was lifted and we would not incur any additional charges for the reservation. This hotel is pet friendly, new, clean, offers suites, and is centrally located to many amenities in the City of Redlands. Although the hotel is right next to the I-10 freeway the rooms are well insulated and we were not bothered by freeway noise or noisy neighbors. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and was well presented and maintained. We could not recommend this place enough.

The room was very pleasant. The view, the eco amenities and bed was really nice. Breakfast was good and the location is close to many restaurants and stores. We stayed to go to Big bear lake and it was kind of close.

Easy and friendly check in with Angel. I was in town for a few days for work and Angel made check in fast and efficient after a long travel day. Able to select my room via Hilton app, my room was clean and the staff was always helpful. I do agree the motion lights are a tad inconvenient but other than that, overall comfortable stay. Prefer this location over the one a few miles away. Less crowded and the staff was very personable. Returned a second time for another work trip and Angel was again awesome for remembering me and checking me in!

We stayed here two weekends in a row to hike the local peaks. We had a great stay. The front desk team were incredibly nice. The breakfast was also really nice with a big selection of hot and cold items. Our room was clean and cool. If you are sensitive to freeway noise, run the fan all night. This place is perfectly situated near all the great restaurants in Redlands plus it has a pool, laundry and gym! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you.
