Stayed here for a work trip. My coworkers and I all had no hot water in our rooms. Asked the front desk for updates on water every morning and was told every time that it’s being dealt with. Never was dealt with throughout our 3 night stay (here for one more night) and no word of any plan for them to comp our stay or make up for the inconvenience. Will be reaching out once we check out but seeing other reviews I’m assuming we will not get a satisfactory solution. Staff has been friendly and there are some nice amenities but it’s clear the rooms don’t get regular housekeeping or maintenance. Unlikely to return if I have a choice.

All the employees are so friendly and good to their guests. Housekeepers do a really good job on cleaning the rooms. Inside and outside are kept up on staying clean and sanitized as well as the pool & hot tub. They even have the parking lot salted regularly during cold weather. Laundry onsite is only 50 cents each load wash & dry.

This week was a vibe. The location of this hotel is awesome. The town is great. We got to check out a cool little thrift store, but still experience all the modern amenities. Lotta history here if you’re in town looking for someplace you can stay with your family and your dog(love a dog). This is your place.

The hotel is fine. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not too great and hasn't changed in years. Also, I don't know if there are people who actually live there or what's going on, but there seems to be a lot of local families driving in and dropping kids to meet others and use the pool. It can be a little loud in the hallways at times, but they seem to settle down around 9-10. It's a little bit ghetto, but overall, the place is fine.

Have tried to come to a resolution regarding my complaint for a month and a half to no avail so taking to reviewing them so others are warned. Myself and some friends booked this hotel as a stop over on our way into Canada. Checked into room and was met with trash in the trash can, wetness on the carpet (not from us), used dish in microwave and pillows that were literally yellow and smelled dirty. Called the desk and they only had 1 left over pillow in the entire hotel so we got that. Only staying one night and hotel was sold out so no opportunity to switch to a clean room. Once we got home I received an email from Hilton to review my stay and I did, and only got an email about my concerns with a gift certificate, no call from anyone to resolve. Then, called actual hotel and was told by the front desk manager he would talk with GM and get back to me. Waited two weeks with no call back and finally called hotel and asked to talk to GM. She was in a meeting so the front desk attendant took my name and told me she would have the GM call me. That was three days ago and still no call. Do not recommend staying here if you like staying in a clean hotel room.

Although, this location does not have hot water.
I’ve been taking showers before work at the local gym, because only COLD water comes out of the showers.

Great employees, terrible experience.

When asked about the hot water I was told, “maybe someone would come tomorrow to fix it.”
It’s day 4. No one is coming to fix it and I don’t think anyone at this Hilton cares if they do fix it.

Hopefully I’ll never be staying at this location again.

The rooms are large and set up like a studio apartment. There are kitchenettes with microwave, full size refrigerator, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, and dishwasher. They also have single burner induction cooktop with a small fry pan and pot. There is a rolling table, couch with large foot stool, 42" flat screen tv, 2 desk areas with an office chair, large drawers and a couple large cupboards with shelves, two large shelf areas, a closet area with a curtain, comfortable king size bed and bed side tables with lamps that have usb charging ports on each, a/c and heater. The bathroom is decent sized with a large shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, the single sink is set in a kind of small counter space with 2 drawers and a shelf underneath, bar soap and body lotion, and a large mirror. The towels are soft and look new without stains. They offer housekeeping every other day in which you can replace the towels and bedding, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher soap, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. They will do a normal housekeeping or you can simply leave the towels and bedding in the hall outside your door and they will knock and give you the clean bedding and towels when they get to your room. It's one of the only hotels I've stayed in that actually respect the "Do not disturb" sign if you hang it on the door. There is an indoor saline pool and a hot tub that is open until 10pm. There is a work out area with a small number of machines and laundry area that is open 24/7. The lobby area offers seating, a couple computers and printers, a small store area, a coffee bar with hot cocoa, teas and apple cider. There is a free breakfast every morning with a great variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean in general. If you're allergic to animals, however, this may not be the best choice since pets are welcome and there are a lot of them that I've seen. This also means that you often hear dogs barking and cats meowing. Overall, though the hotel is great.

I expected A LOT more for the price they were charging for a room. This hotel is really just a motel with an indoor hallway. No real lobby or entry, just a counter. Cheap accommodations with cheap finishes. The location was fine but other than that, this place gave me no reason to want to return. I was especially disappointed with the breakfast. We arrived in the lobby around the middle of the breakfast period and there was not much to eat...all the "food" was gone. I was left to eat a packaged muffin and Trix yogurt. When hot food finally arrived, it was 10 minutes past the time when the breakfast was being served so they began to take it back as quickly as they set it out....really? Find someplace else to spend your money.
