This hotel looks nothing like the online photos. It looks like they ripped up that red carpet in the hallway and there is nothing there now but a microwave. The room did not look like a hotel room. The bed made a loud banging noise on the right side every time I moved. The walls were paper thin. There was either music or someone singing at random times in the night which could be heard in my room. We found this sketchy note slid under our door the next morning after our first night stating that they were doing TV maintenance and had to come into our room between 12-4, but the note was from August? We gave it to the guy working there and he had no idea what that was. The bathroom floor had orange stains on it and it was literally a shower curtain and shower head as the “bathing” area. The floor in the bedroom was literally concrete and why was the TV on the right side of the wall. Our window was facing a concrete wall, so i don’t know the point in the curtains. You get what you pay for so if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay then this is it. Also Hollywood Boulevard is dangerous I got harassed and chased by 2 homeless people at different times of the day so don’t recommend walking around there. The staff were really nice. But there was no free donuts. Someone literally took a house and turned it into this hotel.Also they. make you put a $200 deposit but nothing in that room is worth $200.

I would normally never leave less than a five star review on an otherwise wonderful stay (especially at what appeared to be a small business) but I feel the need to leave this warning to younger female travelers to not stay here. My stay (1/22/25 - 1/23/25) was nearly perfect until I checked out. The room was very clean, the woman who checked me in was very kind and accommodating, the bed was comfy, no complaints. Do not stay here though unless you are a man or traveling with one because it is not safe. When I checked out, the man working the front desk ran outside after me (at 4am when I was catching an Uber to the station) to say some compliments to me about the way I looked. It was a little unsettling but I didn’t mind too much and I just thank the guy and moved on with getting to my Uber. However, he then proceeded to access my phone number from my booking and send me several messages that were completely unprofessional and had nothing to do with my stay or my booking. It was rather inappropriate for a man who appeared to be 10-15 years older than me to be messaging me like this at 4am. Overall, great deal but not safe for young females.

The room was a good size and kept completely clean. The hotel is in a great spot in LA with several notable places within walking distance.

Very well located for those interested in staying in the area. My only suggestion, not a criticism, is to add a minibar in the room and a table for making black coffee.

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone. They are rude and the manager does not respond when there is a complaint.
Rooms are small and have an odor.
The towels were little and smell.
There was bugs in the room and holes in the wall.
There is no parking with hotel stay and cost over 90$ to park near and over night.
The television had only 4 channels.

I still have not received a refund and it’s been over 2 weeks since I decided not to stay under those conditions. They wouldn’t allow me a refund for the day even though I was not pleased with the room.

When I booked this hotel I was a little skeptical after I read the reviews. However upon arriving we actually really liked it. The receptionist was a nice friendly Man. The room was very clean (very small) but it had a tv a nice shower and a really good AC. I would Recommend this hotel, we got it for a very good price and it was well worth it. The only draw back it doesn’t have parking on premise. I did find a garage lot a street over on Vine that had a pretty good deal.

The hotel had perfect location to get to the walk of fame. The gentleman at the counter was very kind and attentive to my needs as well as the maid services were very sweet and friendly, but let’s get on with the room I know being in California you get what you pay for but for $700 I don’t know what I expected, I at least thought my room would’ve came with a microwave can be a slight gap and don’t trust that other people take care of themselves like I do my own and the fact that room had a phone to call down to the reception office makes sense though cause it’s a communal place overall I would stay here again for the simple effect of location, location, location. I managed to make it by just getting all the food I wanted on the walk of fame. The bathroom was clean and kept up overall was a very great day and will definitely be back, thank you very much Hollywood le bon for a great stay would also like to end this with as I am a recreational smoker and I made my journey outback of the hotel. Please be aware how it can be very easy to get robbed back there as I witnessed it my very first night, but it’s bound to happen anywhere so you can’t let that affect your stay, but just be aware of your surroundings as I definitely think the area could be lit up more with lights for people who are not from around there could feel a little bit safer

Hotel was clean and staff were very polite and friendly! It has the basics which is all I was looking for for my stay. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. Easy walkable distance to/from popular nearby places + attractions eg Hollywood Walk of Fame, Vine/Hollywood station, Hollywood Palladium etc. Given the location, it's not super quiet, but for the affordable price it covers the basic needs and has WiFi 🙂 I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
