Manager & staff were exceptional, very accommodating, and personable. However, the place is a dump; the building is unkempt; the rooms (I experienced 2 of their rooms) are very ugly. It felt really old and ghetto. One of the rooms had broken curtains, spiders, filthy sheets which had oil and other people's hairs on it; the top cover had huge burn holes on them; the pillows were lumpy and old; the rooms haven't been upgraded at all probably since it was built; the rooms are horrible looking. I felt very uncomfortable there. Also, the tv's don't work in the rooms. The manager and staff did try to accommodate me by moving me from one room to another, but there was no way I was staying there. Even though the hotel had a no refund policy, the sweet manager refunded my money and was apologetic. Both the manager & staff deserve a better place to work. With their great customer service skills, they could be making more at a decent and respectable place. *they charge $60 and some change for their rooms. If they charged $38- $40, it would be worth it, but for $60 you can stay at a MUCH nicer place.*

If you're looking for a budget place that is clean & staff are super friendly than this place is for you.
Fridge & microwave in the room.
Neighbors are also very friendly.
Had a roof rack full of camping gear & there were no problems.
If you want to know what makes the rooms 'romantic' then wait till dark & turn off the lights and look up.
The ceiling has stars that can't be seen during the day. It looks VERY cool.
Would stay here again. Corner store a block away - food beer spirits cigs etc.
Fast food 3 blocks away. Costco 3 blocks away. Good location good price GREAT STAFF.

the Staff neglected to care for the quality of the rooms or the happiness of there paying customers. Knowingly placing me in a room that just had the toilet replaced after an obvious leak and the laziest cleanup job I’ve ever seen . With the remnants of strong mildew lingered throughout the room. Disgusted and disappointed do not scratch the surface of how I feel towards this establishment. The oriental lady obvious didn’t understand the concept of human decency or western hospitality. I almost want to just leave without a refund because the staff won’t give me a nother room that doesn’t reek or a refund for placing me in a horrible situation without a thought of fair warning.

You can't beat the price for what you get! Let me explain, I read the reviews that there were roaches; I did not come across any. The staff (front desk and maintenance) were friendly, prompt, and helpful. I was shocked and awed in the best way when discovering my room came with a working jet tub. I also had a mini-fridge and microwave and plenty of counter tops that came in very handy!

The only complaint I had was that after it rained all day or so, near my heater was soaked with water in the carpet. Luckily, nothing was permanently damaged.

Thank you for having a nice place to stay within my travel budget while visiting an old friend. Oh! and there's a porno channel. LOL (people with young children, you're warned.)

The woman working the front was very nice, but the room was horrible. The room was suppose to be smoke free, but it had cigarette burns all over the comforter. Stains all over the sheets and pillows. There was also an old piece of chewed gum was sitting on the edge of the tub. (Mind you, it was not mine) My room was cleaned prior to my stay. I attempted to give back the key and remote, with no response. (Be warned, don't go there.)

Absolutely horrible stay. Went to room everything was fine for less than 24 hours until we discovered an infestation of cockroaches in the room. Spoke to the front desk upon checking out and they said they'd contact the manager and see what they can do and we'd hear from them on the phone within a day. Completely rude when asking for assistance out of kindness in the beginning from us. Did not deserve to be disrespected from the employee manning the night shift.

Called a day after hearing nothing from them, and the lady who answered the phone said the same exact thing: "I will speak to my manager see what they say and expect a callback sometime today." We'll see about that. absolutely disgusting room in terms of bedding. there were ripped holes in the comforter and pillows were the size of a child's head size. Will post more with pictures to come.

Stayed here for my friends wedding in town and I was happy with everything. The ladies at the desk were very helpful and for the price this place was a deal breaker. The rooms are clean and spacious. Has all basic amenities and is located near Costco and freeway!

This hotel has to be the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room was dirty, there were cacaroaches throughout the room and somebody was inside my original room so I had to ask for a different room. I originally booked for 2 days, but I left less than 12 hours after checking in, and the manager did not want to refund me. Spend the extra 10 bucks a night and get yourself a decent hotel in Hanford. I cannot overstate the fact that this hotel is abhorred.
