I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn in Yakima, Washington! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beauty of the hotel. The property is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere.

The customer service was outstanding—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They really go above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful experience.

The laundry service was another standout feature. It was efficient and well-maintained, which made my stay so much more convenient. It’s evident that the hotel takes great pride in providing top-notch amenities.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yakima. With its excellent service, beautiful setting, and attention to detail, it’s a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers!

This hotel is very family and pet friendly, welcoming and very clean. The employees are all so kind, happy and helpful. They were so accommodating and put the Tyson fight on in the lobby for the guests and it was so fun to gather with strangers of all ages to watch! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet and it was good. I can’t say enough about how friendly every employee was from front desk to the restaurant and bar! They really seem to enjoy their jobs so the whole environment is happy and comfortable!

This hotel was a great hotel. Overall perfect beds were nice. Rooms were clean was very quiet and comfortable. Food is a little bit on expensive side but very good. Hot tub was lukewarm that could’ve been a little bit hotter. I would recommend this hotel anyone for a getaway for business or pleasure?

The hotel was great, we have stayed here many times. We went to have the breakfast we won by spinning the wheel for IHG members. We were in the restaurant at 9:40am. by 10:33, we still haven't received or food. At 10:26, we were told he was just getting started on making it. There was only one other table in the restaurant! Staff tried to be apologetic, but the kitchen staff should be replaced! This is unacceptable for a hotel food service.

A nice little hotel in downtown Yakima. It’s close to a few good places to eat/ drink. Easy on/off the interstate. Secure parking is a plus. The staff has always been first rate at this hotel.

If you are contemplating on paying a little more for the breakfast option, then contemplate no more. This location did not have the run of the mill "continental" breakfast, premade omelets, dry biscuits and lumpy gravy, etc..., like other places advertise. This hotel offers an extensive menu for the lightest and or heaviest of eaters. I opted for the standard eggs (cooked my way), hashbrowns, sausage, toast, and a large glass of milk. The location of this hotel was convenient for my travel plans and very quiet as well. It is nice that this is a pet friendly facility too. I will stay here again.

We stayed for a night on our way to Denver. It was a comfortable stay with amazing breakfast options. The staff is friendly and they kept the driveaway snow free. This was the first time I had been in any Holiday Inn and was a smooth experience.

Lily the bartender was fantastic! I walked in after having a very long drive and I heard laughing coming from the bar. So I went in and found her there just being a great person. So I had a couple drinks with the other patrons and she served us all exceptionally!
