I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – convenient to nearby attractions and easily accessible.

However, what truly made my stay memorable was the amazing service provided by Mia at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth. She took the time to answer all my questions, offered great recommendations for local restaurants, and made me feel truly welcome.

It's rare to encounter such dedicated customer service, and Mia’s professionalism and kindness made a huge difference in my experience. I highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll certainly be returning because of the exceptional service provided by the team, especially Mia!

Nice clean and modern rooms in a great location. Certeous staff who are very helpful. I just mentioned to the front desk that my ac was not working properly, but I will stay in the room as long as I could tolerate it and the next day they came and replaced the unit without me making any requests. Also had breakfast there, and it was a lot for my money. Greatly appreciated... keep up the good work.

The room was nice. The TV was not that big while other IHG hotels have larger ones. The bed was comfy pillow were good so I got some good rest. Parking was on site and there was plenty of it.

The food at the downstairs restaurant was not so great. I stayed in because I was tired from traveling that day and saw they had a good menu. I get the Chicken lemon and it was hard and dry. They served another that was just as bad.

The overall stay was good except for the restaurant food.

Good day, I was recently back in my home town for an unexpected family event. Automatically, I booked a stay at the Three Springs Drive Holiday Inn, where my family always books for family events when back in our home town. I was able to book under my Govt/Military discount which was most helpful for a two night' stay and made it much more affordable. The front desk staff and greeting was very courteous and gracious.

The room was very spotless and the appearance very inviting, and the bathroom very spacious. There were just a few things that can be improved that would have made my stay more comfy and perfect. The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter, especially for applying makeup. It was very dim. The quality of the toilet paper was quite poor and actually after two day use, I experienced discomfort from using the toilet paper that was very rough and not soft at all. The bed and pillows were too soft for me to sleep comfortably, as I prefer a more supportive mattress and pillows for better back and neck support. So sleeping was very intermittent both nights. A combo of pillows (both soft and more firm) would have been better, along with a firmer mattress. Other than these few issues, my stay was nice and the hotel very clean and quiet and pleasant. The locale had several restaurants and stores near by, which was very good, and it was close to my local family members still in the area and to the family funeral I was attending.

This was an awesome stay for myself ,daughter and grandson. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. We where there to attend a wedding and it was close to the location. We enjoyed the town even though our stay was not long. Would love to return someday for a longer stay. Had some questions after our stay so I called the front desk, was helped very promptly with a full answer to my question. I was super pleased with the whole experience. To have a cleaner room, have a better heating system. The room was very cold and when the heat kicked on it would run you out. When it shut back off it was freezing again. There was no extra blankets and no hair dryer. The exhaust fan didn’t work and everything in the room was soaking wet after a shower.

Clean and conveniently located hotel. Did not try the breakfast. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay here again if I am in the area. Price was a little high for Weirton WV, but it seemed average for a Holiday Inn. Only worth less because there is nothing in the area for tourists.

I eliminated all but one fly out of nine. The hotel with creak every time the wind would kick up. Someone forgot to lift the second lid on the toilet where there were piss stains. It wasn't enough to make me ask for a different room. The people at check in were excellent.
