No major complaints - room was fine (1 bedroom suite). Clean, relatively newly updated.
LOVED the grass for our dog - often pet friendly hotels have nowhere to actually let a dog go potty. Happy with no trash or glass in those areas.
The fan for the room was LOUD and no way to turn it down.

Restaurant on site was good. Kids eat free which was great. Pool nice and clean but a bit chilly. Hot tub was down for maintenance which was disappointing bc I wanted to warm up.

A pretty flawless experience. The room was clean and modern enough, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location is fine too. It’s quite expensive, especially considering the base price doesn’t include breakfast but this seems to be the norm for Beckley (at least when i stayed). The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch and very helpful when leaving at 5am.

Very lovely hotel. Had a really nice chat with the ladies at the front desk and they were very helpful when we needed extra toiletries etc. 🙂 the room was very nice and spacious too! My only critique would be brighter lighting and for the mini fridge to be checked. (I forgot to tell the front desk the mini fridge wasn’t working very well—-it is room 312 if anyone there sees this)

The warm pool was so refreshing in the morning before we checked out. We had a great nights rest during our road trip ^.^ thank you!

We stay at this location every year driving back from Florida. The room is always comfortable, clean with soft sheets and fluffy towels. The floor we stay on is quiet and accessible to ice and vending machines.

A special thanks to Ruth Adams the general manager. Very accommodating and friendly. Emily at the front desk is most professional and courteous. They were both very understanding to our booking concern and looked after it. We were treated with open arms and recognized for our frequent stays. Thank you very much!

Rooms were dingy and dated. Shower curtain was hanging on by a literal thread - grommets were missing or holes ripped. Visible hair on the floor, mildew around the toilet, furniture was scratched/banged up. Breakfast at $10-12 is a joke, food was cold and just not good. Not at all impressed. It was our only option though to break up a long drive. Will not be back.

Front desk service was also sorely lacking. They were friendly, but clearly overwhelmed with managing calls + people checking in. Waited 15-20min to check in. Pool was nice though, a bit cold, but was well maintained. Ho tub was under maintenance so not available which was disappointing. Beds were comfortable enough for 1 night. Bathrooms have the basic toiletries which was also nice.

We arrived around 9 to 930 at night as we went to the wrong hotel first. Elizabeth, at the front desk was so generous and kind. She gave us a complementary breakfast coupon, which was very nice of her. The hotel is very clean along with the room although the bed was a little hard for me, my wife slept great. The breakfast area was very clean as well and such a good selection in the buffet. Heck even the coffee was good. Thanks for a good experience. We will stop again.

We stayed here one night. The lady that checked us in was wonderful!!! She also had a tote for the children to pick out of. My son found a hot wheels car. He loves it. The hot tub was down but the pool was open and clean. This place seems a little older but the rooms were clean and smelled good. The restaurant area looked nice but we didn’t eat there. They also serve breakfast there for $12 a person. Children under 11 eat free.

For me it was great easy to get to. The front desk person, Roxanne was great. Our room was clean, a lot of space and plenty of plugs for all the things that we travel with now that need them. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was good and got a lot.
