It's a shame we only spent one night due to a packed schedule. The view was incredible and it appeared the amenities (eats, fun, etc) were worth every dime had we the time.

The check in was super quick and simple. From the time we pulled in until we were in our room was about six minutes. They had baggage carts on the ready and it was SO quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. For Portland, navigation was better than average. Even on/off I-5 wasn't the worst. I recommend and will visit again.

The highlight of my stay here was Doug at the lobby restaurant. Every morning he brought great energy with him. Always was the highlight of my day. Food was amazing! We used the jacuzzi and that was fun. Rooms are beautiful. I really recommend this hotel. The hotel is gated in and has security. Will definitely book here next time we visit Portland.

Now I'm going to start by saying that I had some concerns before staying here. Some questionable reviews and the Google street view doesn't really do it justice. However, I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer, it is absolutely lovely! This place is huge and its situation on the Columbia river is sensational with views of Mt St Helens (weather permitting), and a slew of wildlife including seals and sea birds, magical. I would describe this hotel as a bit of a grand old lady; maybe it has seen some better days but it is holding its own. The ambiance and atmosphere took me right back to the grand old resort hotels of the past (it reminded me a bit of the Eureka Inn). It pretty much has everything you'd need for a wonderful "old school" vacation; bars and restaurants, tennis courts, river walks, swimming pool (in fact there was one hardy soul using the pool during the early hours, fair play sir!). Whilst the rooms are somewhat dated they are functional and have all you need; coffee, office facilities, a half decent office style chair and what was a revelation to me (so simple really) a moveable laptop table on casters - so simple yet so right for me! Overall, a fabulous stay. Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job.

We stayed a weekend at the River front for a dance competition. I requested my room be on the upper floor and was able to have that request met. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, my bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was near other food and shopping. The area itself is a bit run down, but the hotel had a 24/7 security driving around and I didn’t feel that my car or myself were ever in any danger.

I think this could be a great Portland area hotel stay.
Their deceitful/“illegal” marketing practices are dubious.
According to federal guidelines you must list all fees including resort fees in the total price as it’s listed on Google so the customer has the right to choose a lower priced option.
This hotel gouges you $15 a day for what I have no clue; they have sign when you arrive.
I received no room service during my two day stay supposedly that’s part of the room stay. What a rip off.
I don’t know why I am being charged an extra $30 it’s illegal you have to post your full price on google.

I came here for an event and parking was a breeze, the manager was already on point here to help advising us what event room to go to and where it was. And there was some minor construction going on (tile work) and had us cut through the restaurant. Which i later a ate lunch at. The Sip. It was amazing. I had the Ceasar salad and steak bites and Ashley the bar tender handled the heavy flow of traffic into the restaurant so smoothly with her other bartender. They were amazing! Thank you for a wonderful hosted event and and meal!

It was amazing!! Luckily for us we went because it was my fiancé’s birthday so I saw that this hotel have a view of the Columbia River so I booked it, the rep that answered the phone gave us an upgrade, perfect so the day before arriving I called again to see if there was a chance to have a little detail like a card saying “happy birthday!” Or something really small actually… but the rep and supervisor went more than beyond and gave us the presidential suit! Thank you ! It was an amazing experience!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel room was bigger than i expected. I was most excited about the restroom because the showers were really big and nice and they had ALL DOVE soap. My favorite brand for skin & hair care. The view of the riverfront was wonderful with a walking distance to the shopping center and fast food.
